A treat to eat as we no longer have any stores in MN

The food is extremely over priced for what you get. The manager was extremely rude to staff as well as me. I asked for a water cup and the manager clarified to both me and the staff member that it was strictly for water. Last I checked that's what a water cup is when I asked for it. Then they forgot our fruit cup. When I pulled out my receipt and the food to the manager she accused me of lying. Then when she checked the bag and the receipt she gave me my cup.

Nice place. This is my home away from home.

The sandwich maker did not change his black plastic gloves after touching the flag and delivering the meal to the table. Then he made my sandwich 🥪 uhg

Bread was not toasted and served cold. We dined in and I watched the cook repeatedly pull the buns off the conveyor belt early, probably to save time. I appreciate his intention but this results in bread that is not toasted. Definitely a let down as I normally live Schlotzsky’s. Also after paying for “iced tea” I learned there was no ice.

I have been looking for somewhere (not downtown) to get a freaking pastrami sandwich. This place saved me. The Pastrami on Rye is big and tasty. Other sandwiches like the Roast Beef could be a little thicker but the meat and cheese is fresh.

Seriously, you guys should be embarrassed! I ordered a sandwich (which was fine) and “pecan center of the roll” thru Grubhub. When I opened the cinnamon roll it was absolutely disgusting looking. It was like something my 1 year old chewed up and spit out. I don’t know if you guys thought chopping up a regular cinnamon roll and trying to pretend it was the center of the roll would suffice but it didn’t. Absolutely disgusting and poor taste on your part. You could’ve just put a regular roll in there if you didn’t have the other available.

My son and I always do “cinnamon roll Sundays” and I didn’t have any to make at home today, so we gave this place a shot.
The food was fresh and tasty, and the girl up front was incredibly sweet and kind and made us feel right at home.
Restaurant was clean and the staff was full of smiles. We will most definitely come back :)

Bella was my cashier and she was absolutely amazing. Made sure everything was great and was very professional with the customers and tried to even help an elderly lady get the order she needed. I would definitely leave her a 5 star review if the sandwich guy hadn't been such a jerk and grinch.

His name was steve and his attitude was horrible and he treated people terribly and talked down to them. I love the food and the cashier and the restaurant but this guy needs a lesson in human interaction and politeness. He doesn't need to act like a jerk and talk down to people like he is a god.
