The bread was amazing I had hardly any meat on my sandwich and I paid $17 for a medium sandwich and drink, The lady at the counter seemed like she hated her job she was just rude and acted like she was doing me a favor.

I want to give a shout out to the staff working tonight 11/3, “national sandwich day.” We placed our order for 6p, when we arrived it was insanely busy. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed and acknowledged, she let us know it would be a good bit longer and was very kind even though obviously stressed. I watched probably 25-30, if not more, receipts print for incoming orders while waiting. With it being as crazy as it was, they were still busting out food left and right, and each family waiting was handed several bags. Our food was consistent with the Schlotzsky’s I know and love, meat portions were good, and it was made nicely not thrown together. 10/10!

My wife was denied entry and service when she had her ESA - ADA compliant animal with her. As a result, she was refused service. This illegal act was reported to HR. All public companies are legally required to allow service animals inside businesses. It was just for a minute to grab a to go order. This happened at 11:30 on 11/3/2025.

Employees are super nice and friendly.

When you pay for extra turkey on two sandwiches because this location is famous for shorting the turkey and the bill is $42 for those and a cookie ….. and don’t get enough turkey on either…… We drove out of our way cuz the razor location wasn’t open yet hoping we could buy our way into a healthy helping and tipped 20% and we will never be back. Lame.

My favorite Sammie shop ever. First went here in the early nineties as a teen. I was already looking towards food service for a career. That bread is amazing today as it was then. I can still eat the large original in one sitting. And they have great pickled jalapenos. I'm the guy who always asks for more than anyone has ever seen on a sandwich before. 👍

Apparently if you order EXTRA mayo, you get NO mayo. Also, the bread has been really hard at this location, so hard that it tears up my gums.

I order two Cinnabon in a cup and a cup of frosting and both the Cinnabos were cold and I got the smallest size frosting instead of the cup of frosting I paid for im beyond livid will not be going back here again.

This is the only Schlotzsky's that has never messed up my order, by not putting meat in my veggie sandwich, unlike every other outlet in Colorado. Thanks! Recommended!

In fact, I had given up on ever stepping into a Schlotzsky's due to a very bad situation at the Razorback location. As I wrote this review, I realized I can still have a sandwich my way at this location.

I LOVE this place!!! I ordered a gluten-free original sandwich and it was hands down the best sandwich I have had in a long time!! I ordered sometime last week around 9/1. Thank you so much for giving a gluten-free gal an amazing experience!!

Thank goodness for the crew that actually stayed past their closing hours to help me and my babies get some food when it was last minute! they didn't act like they were rushed, they didn't act rude I was very very impressed and beyond grateful! The food was Top Notch like always and I just am super thankful and grateful to the team there who made sure my babies and i could get some good food in our bellies
