Just came in for cinnabons and the ones they had were burnt and they didn't have any new ones coming up

Bread was AWFUL.Employees screaming across kitchen at each other. Not
a welcome, not a smile.
Worst schlotskys I've ever been to.

Honestly every single drive thru worker is so nice! I go at least once a week, and I adore each one. The food is always perfectly made, and they always bag everything so well since it's usually a large order.

I just want to thank Patty for all her consideration and help! I came in with my little one in my arms and Patty was so kind and not only offered to help poor my drinks for me but packaged my food in a way that would make it easy for me to carry.

The atmosphere and food was made perfectly but more than anything I am so grateful for such wonderful customer service. Patty you make such a difference and are such a wonderful human. It was a pleasure meeting you and wanted to write this review so you know.

Schlotzkey's has changed a lot since I was a kid. They have fun salads now and the sandwiches are not toasted to mouth-ripping hardness!

This location has a fast food vibe, not a faux deli vibe, but with food that's fresh and not greasy.

The person behind the counter was friendly, the kitchen was fast and efficient, and everything was clean.

Sidenote: because Cinabon has partnered with Schlotkzkey's, the signs on the bathroom doors are cute.

The after 5pm BBQ Chicken pizza had 1-2 tablespoons of chicken and a tablespoon of bbq sauce. Just need to appreciate that you got a sourdough bread for $5.

A simple night out here in this Christmas Season of 2024, had some errands to do on the Northwest side of town so decided to drop into Schlotzsky's for one of their large Originals plus a drink and some of their delicious broccoli and cheese soup. The young lady who greeted me at the counter was nothing less than smiles and congeniality, and it fit this season and all of it's wonder during HIS Blessed Birthday!!! I love Schlotzsky's and their food is always SO good! Thank you Schlotzskys on Centennial Boulevard in Northwest Colorado Springs... Merry and Blessed Christmas to y'all! Yeah, that sucks when you run a special and I get all excited and drive over there and you just randomly closed 20 minutes early. Probably won't be counting on you guys in the future.

Put BBQ sauce on my cookie sandwich, why? At least someone at the store told me they tried to find out who did it. Which sits good with me, now they need the Ruben to be the best.
