Went to go get my coffee as per usual and Sean was an incredibly rude to his coworkers. I over heard him talking and he was very degrading and disrespectful to his peers and colleagues. This behavior should not be tolerated or allowed by this staff member as it creates a toxic work environment for those being degraded and disrespected. Love my coffee but don’t love him or his demeanor.
As I’ve been here several times, never have I ever had the service I’ve had today. The sweet new kid was trying to help me with picking my drinks and he asks his coworkers for help as they just point to him and not help him learn, the two ladies today (4/24@8:19AM) not only ignored his calls for help(by just pointing not helping him learn) , these two ignored me when I said I couldn’t read the sign and yet turned to me to point at it to go read it/what flavors there were....
BEST COFFEE HERE in the springs and everyone is so kind. Definitely worth a try, definitely needed everyday. Coffee is fresh, tables are always clean and drive thru is quick. Its a favorite, if not my only fave
