With our first time experiencing Korean BBQ, the food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. Our waitress, Alexis, did an amazing job, recommending the Spicy Bulgogi and Soon Tofu. I would definitely return for the food and excellent service!
Our first time to Colorado Springs, first time also at Korean BBQ, and we were blessed with finding Waki at Seoul BBQ! Not only was the food amazing but our waitress Waki is literally the description of perfect customer service. She clearly and patiently explained the menu and the process of properly enjoying it. She gave us pointers of things to do around town. We are from Durango and will now make trips to Colorado Springs centered around this Resturant….Seriously.
I was looking forward to eating here. Disappointed in several ways. Quality of meats was poor. Tough in bite and not really very good. Shrimp was good although I don't enjoy having to clean my shrimp prior to eating it too tedious at the table. Sides served were a nice touch. Table space is extremely too confining if more than three people at table and we had six !! So very uncomfortable to say the least. Service was outstanding. Overall for the $300 plus bill...not again....
