Yummy! I had fried bacon and cheese! Nice and hot.
Christmas cookies shake was also yummy. Definitely try them out!
Only complaint is we sat for awhile, they didn't put the only order of fries in. But they were super nice!

Had to repeat our order multiple times. We get to window to pay and realize why, kid taking orders has stocking hat over ear that he has ear muff on. R/s ear stocking hat is above his ear. I guess he looks cooler like that.

$10.50 for a black truffle burger that came to me looking like a McDonald's cheese burger. What a joke! I should have gone whataburger.. at least I know ill be disapointed.. snake shack get your act together!

I love the food here and usually come by myself. But tonight I brought my son. He has several allergies. I love that even when ordering on the kiosk there is a place to put allergy concerns. The food is always amazing, but tonight the service was above and beyond!!! Tanner came out to ensure we felt comfortable and safe with our food choices and allergy concerns. I cannot thank him enough for checking with us and answering all of our questions!!! So thankful to have another place we can go with our son and feel safe! Thank you Shake Shack and thank you Tanner!!!

Dietary restrictions: They have a way to alert the staff of an allergy concern and will send someone out to discuss with you if able to accommodate or not.

Small burger, too greasy, exorbitantly expensive!!

Kayla the General Manager did an Incredible job, training her team because Leslie the cashier was very nice and made sure my food was made fresh and quickly. My Shroom Burger was very Scrumptious and Delicious. I love Shake Shack. Thank You so much I recommend to everyone. Salute from an Army Soldier.

Update. . STILL SOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW! Might even be slower now than when they opened. Need to take lessons from Castle Rock location! I thought I'd give anther chance today. Almost faster to drive to castle rock!

Great burger and shake. It's a bit pricey for fast food, but the black truffle dip for the fries is awesome. Nice and friendly staff.

Burgers and chicken sandwiches are delicious and some of the best in fast food. The sides and selection aren't great, the fries average, the chicken bites are tiny. The price is a sit down restaurant range but the quality is definitely better than most fast food.

1. The burger - wow, I ordered the double burger, hot fresh, amazing. The burger was 5 stars
2. The fries -$350 for *ehh* fries, I was thinking about going over to 5 guys to grab some yummy fries..two stars
3 drink $360 for a drink????? One star

We found Shake Shack on a trip to Washington DC. The new location in Colorado Springs is top tier: try the green chili cheeseburger and lemonade!
