Food 5 stars, everybody is super nice so 5 stars, and only dined in once but ambiance 5 stars. Usually get takeout and it comes napalm hot (which is good) so gotta open it on the drive home, ha. Love this place. Get the Kung Pao chicken and Chicken Lo Mein!

I usually get take out from here, however the inside of the restaurant is very nice. The portions are pretty large compare to some other Chinese cuisine places. The service was timely and friendly!

I'm totally impressed with the new Shangrila on Barnes and Tutt. It's so convenient to my neighborhood and the food is fabulous! Service is very fast and staff is very friendly! Restaurant is very clean and easy to access. I'm sure we will be there again soon.

This restaurant used to be good ( in the initial months it opened). Food was hot, tasted good/good quality and service was fast and nice. ( I/my family has never dined in always doing carry out). In the past 1.5 months, my family had ordered from here twice and has been very disappointed both times. First time, we ordered the garlic chicken and the dish was very spicy despite our request for it to be mild and the veggies listed on the menu were not what we received. I called to give feedback and the girl on the phone was combative and kept saying ‘she doesn’t make the food so it’s not her fault’. I can understand that and I never blamed her. I just wanted her to know we didn’t receive what we ordered and either the chef went rogue that day with ingredients or the online menu needed to be updated for what was actually in the dish. Last week we ordered from here ordering 2 egg drop soups and 1 hot and sour soup. We received 2 hot and sour soups and 1 egg drop. The egg drop was thick and the chicken in all 3 ordered dishes was spongy. Again, I called to give feedback and this time I actually spoke to the owner ( or at least a man who claimed to be). I told him about the soup error, the food quality and voiced frustration about what had happened with the precious instance( rude employee and dish made incorrectly.) I don’t feel he cared. He never offered to correct the error(s) ( especially the soup error) saying we could get 10% off on our next order, however I’m not sure we are going to order here again.

Depends on what you order. First time there was good. I had lemon chicken and moosho combo. Everything was fresh and good. Me and my bestie enjoyed it. Had take out tonight for the first time- dinner with my husband. The Dynamite chicken was not so dynamite. Chicken tasted fishy and bland with not enough salt or something was amiss. It was gross. Had better from frozen section at Kingsooper. The Mongolian Beef was more like Mongolian Onions; the onions consumed the beef- but the beef was tasty. Sadly even the fortune cookie was stale. Not sure this meal was worth $40 and husband was not happy. Praying that this feedback helps their business do better by using it to make improvements. Conclusion: simple improvements are needed.

Went here for lunch. The Crab Rangoon were light and delicious. I ordered the eggplant dish, it came with soup and an egg roll. I got the hot and sour soup and it was the best tasting hot and sour I've ever had. I enjoyed my entire meal.

Great service! Great food! I had cashew chicken & will probably get 2 more meals with the leftovers so that makes up for the higher price. Nice ambience to take my older kids out for a special dinner. My son loved the chicken wing. Everything was hot out of the oven as well.

Went here as I've heard great things. Will not go back. The food was not that appetizing. My husband took one bite and didn't even finish eating his. Mine was ok. The wonton soup should be called beef broth with 2 tiny wontons that tasted horrible. The bourbon chicken tasted more like teriyaki. The rice was mushy. Will not go back.

This is my second visit to Shangri-La Restaurant. I ordered Chicken Egg Rolls & Chicken Fried Rice to go. When I walked in to pickup my order, I was greeted warmly by one of the owners. The restaurant has a very inviting decor and feel. My food was delicious. The portion of white meat Chicken was good and cooked well. If you are looking for a casual meal or great take-out, I would recommend checking out Shangri-La Restaurant.
