Shin Da Dong is SO delicious, high quality, and affordable (highly recommend lunch special if you are on a budget). Vibes are cozy. The servers are so warm, attentive, and kind. I am not a COS local and every time I am in town I want to come here.
Looking at this place from the outside, it doesn't look attractive. When you walk in, it doesn't look appealing to the eye. The devor is very simple, but the food IS ON POINT. I had the Kimchi stew and the kimchi pancake. The pancake is one of the best I've had since my time in Korea. The owner and servers have both on occasion been quite rude, used to go here for many years but stopped 3 years ago due to this behavior. Also the quality of their Bulgogi has gotten much drier / smaller portions.
