Instead of ordering online, I went to the drive thru and was charged double the price for literally the same thing. The team member was not helpful, donuts are stale and overpriced. I should have went to any of the other dozens of donut shops that are local.

Honestly, I come here before work after a co-work recommended and It's probably now one of my favorite doughnut places. One of the only places I can find Bavarian filled doughnuts. 🫶🏽

I've been coming to this location since the day they open. I drive past other shops just to get doughnuts here today. I set my guy in to get doughnuts. They were out of stock of a certain type of filling so they decided to put a different filling in. There was not what I wanted was very unhappy when went back to complain about it. They explained to me several times how I was wrong. I was incorrect. And I should know the right way to ask for it even though I've asked for it the exact same way. Almost a year now, the 2 people working in there. I had never seen before extremely rude. All they wanted to do was justify how they were right and I was wrong after spending $30 on donuts for my shop. I did not get the doughnut I wanted because they are out of stock. Not a I'm sorry not. We apologize not even a credit for another donut, just a you're wrong. We're right. And that's it, this place has gone downhill in just a year. There are several other donut shops within walking distance of this one, and I highly recommend for customer service and quality going to them from now on.

DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING TEXAS SHIPLEY QUALITY
Extremely inconsistent with their quality. Some days are pretty dense, never light & fluffy.
Almost always on a 20min wait for any kind of Kolache.

The kolaches we're okay... by the time I got there they were out of the bacon so I had the sausage you have to order them with cheese, sometimes they have some without but you have to get lucky the service was not that wonderful I had never been there and asked questions and the guy was not interested in having a conversation,I could have gotten a combo for a better deal it was not an overall great experience but I'm going to try it one more time like I said the donuts are very good and maybe I'll get better customer service.

Wont go here again. Donuts were literally burnt and apple fritter was as dense as a brick. Arnolds donuts are far better and several dollars cheaper for the exact same order. Disappointing

Shipley's is on my drive to work and every time I stop the staff is friendly and the food is always reliably good! The Duo Deal is a great deal as well, donuts, coffee all solid picks! Even savory the breakfast options are great!

Trash, they ask what you want and there are no options besides quantity. Then you get a box of the driest doughnuts you’ve ever seen.
