Shuga’s has been consistently amazing since I first discovered it over 18 years ago. The food and drink are consistently fantastic. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp soup, the bruschetta, and the almond butter cake. Better yet, just order the “lunch tray” you won’t be disappointed.
As a visitor to Colorado Springs, I’m already missing Shuga’s.
I came in for both lunch and dinner during my trip and wished I had time to try the whole menu. Everything was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The Café Tray—which features the menu highlights—was a perfect sampler. The Cuban Mojo Sandwich and Key Lime Pie were excellent. Cocktails were perfectly balanced.

My new favorite! You really can’t beat the food or the ambiance. When it got dark outside, they dimmed the lights and brought a candle to each table, which made the already great ambiance even better! The food was delicious, including the Cuban sandwich, which my daughter proclaimed as her favorite Cuban ever, and the spicy shrimp soup, which was a surprise stand-out. The kids loved their orange lime spritzers, and the adults enjoyed their cocktails. I will definitely be back...
