I came in with a couple of friends and I was really impressed with the quality of food. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it was the best I've had in the Springs. The owner came to our table and was extremely gracious and hospital. She's a sweetheart. I would recommend for in dinning and take out.
Food was good and customer service was good but we were the only customers in the restaurant the whole time and our waiter wasn't far and watched us the whole time. Like saying, are you done yet. It was kinda weird and uncomfortable.

As it turns out, Silver Pond was the first restaurant we went to on our return to Colorado Springs residency. Perhaps not technically, but on the day we flew in from Fort Worth, and spent the entire day looking at homes (and buying a new construction later in the day - are we crazy or what?), we were exhausted and ready to celebrate.
