Love the burgers but the fries are hit and miss. Sometimes soggy and sometimes crispy. You fix the fries and this place will be a 6-star.

I ordered the burger of the week which was The Goat, and I was pretty disappointed in it. There was supposed to be goat cheese, candied bacon, hot honey and salad greens on it. My burger consisted of the meat, cheese, and a few greens. I could not taste the goat cheese at all. When I took the top bun off to look, I did not find any bacon and there was no evidence of hot honey in either taste or appearance. I did see a few tiny bits of white that I guess was the Goat cheese. I talked to the staff about it and they said the bacon was mixed in with the goat cheese (must have been the size of salt grains), and they told me it had honey in it. Needless to say, I will probably think twice before coming back.

Was worried from other reviews however after reading them it wasn’t about the actual good. The skirted heifer on lettuce was delicious. So much flavor. As well the half and half fries was perfect and the amount of fries was awesome. Will be back! Highly recommend.

I’m sorry to update the service but both the website and the app say they are closed. I needed to do a pick up order and they have made this impossible. Hugely disappointed.

Today 8.3.25 at 12:25pm we order a skirted burger it did not come skirted and got a kids meal that they didn't give us the drink for. The sesame bun we got for the Pueblo Farmer burger was very stale. This was one of our favorite places to eat now we are not so sure. We were also charged for the skirt and an extra patty which we ordered the skirt as I said we did not get.

This place is obviously famous for their skirted burgers with SO MUCH CHEESE! But if cheese isn’t your thing, the entire menu is amazing. If you haven’t tried their dessert cookie sandwiches you absolutely should. I think this is also the only place around to get a grass fed burger or an amazing vegan quinoa burger. One of our favorite places in town!

This is our favorite burger place in the Springs. All the food is fresh and locally sourced, the burgers are delicious with a lot of custom additions (like extra garlic) that you can't get anywhere else. All the sauces (ketchup, heifer sauce, etc) are made in-house. We've never had a bad meal or a bad experience there!

We have been going to the Dublin Location since they opened. At least every other week sometimes once a week. The sweet potato fries are extremely delicious and such a great alternative to regular fries which are also extremely delicious . Especially with their Heifer sauce ! The burgers are consistently great tasting, we love the build your option , and the beer mustard is outstanding! Getting skirted is fun and something that I would highly recommend to try at least once ! Over the years, we have only had a few issues , but when we have had to call ,to get resolution the management is always open and very willing to help !
