Super busy lunch hour. Wings took about 15 to 20 mins. They were delicious. We also got strawberry cheesecake dessert jars. Absolutely ?. As busy as they were food was fresh and worth the wait.

A couple of days ago, I ordered online because I had a special deal. When I got there, 5 minutes before pick up time, my order was already done but I got food that tasted burnt and old. My wrap had on 1 piece of lettuce and it was mostly tortilla. The only thing going for this place is the dessert. I would not recommend eating food here unless it is for dessert.

Kevin! If you see this I wanna thank you for your excellent service! You were clearly in the weeds working the front of the house alone but you handled everything perfectly with a smile. There was an error with our order also, but you handled it very well and quickly, without batting an eye. It's refreshing to get top notch service even when you were clearly short staffed doing the job of 3. Seriously, thanks again Kevin.As far as our food, it was excellent. I personally love Slim Chickens and our food was hot and fresh. While being rang up for our food and error was made, but as soon as Kevin realized the mistake he got it squared away quickly. I'm happy to spend my money at this establishment as more and more places give you mediocre service with mediocre food. And for what it cost nowadays to eat out, it's refreshing to visit a place such as this Slim's location and get great service and great food. Thanks to the Slim's team at this location. Keep it up!

This is my frame of reference to all other chicken places Pros: the service is great! Everyone is always friendly and helpful (and sometimes give me extra sauce for free). The chicken isn't anything special but boy do they have it nailed to a tee! It's just as they advertise it to be, and the seasoning is perfect. It's salty but not to spicy. I love that it's not bold seasoning because the tenders go perfectly with all of their 5 bajillion scrumptious sauces. The portioning is very adequate which I love! And the fries are solid! Again, splendid seasoning on the fries and they're always crispy (but not too crispy). The toast is always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with copious, heart-stopping amounts of butter (the more the better!) the pricing is perfect, I get exactly what I pay for! Cons: sometimes the wait takes a sec but that's all I can think of

Its 2:51 pm 2/28/24. I walked in 2 black guys in the kitchen, I said hello, they kept walking, I yelled and they darted away. If you dont want to work shut down the store. After wait 5 mins and yelled 3 times and no one in store but me and no help. You never need worry about ever seeing me again. Good luck to you your going to need it.
