When I came in they greeted me hello, then when I was ordering they were super nice and I got my meal quick. When I got my burger it tasted great! When I was done I threw away my trash and was on my way. They also said goodbye. I am now a frequent customer. Highly recommend. I also love the Smash Fries.
We've never been to a Smashburger before, but my son wanted to try it out so we went through the drive-through this evening.We placed our order - two kids meals, a Colorado burger, and tots - and then pulled up to the window. The person working the window (a high school kid, who was super nice) took our payment. Then we sat at the window for 25 minutes, and I'm not embellishing. It was actually probably closer to 30 minutes if you include order time at the menu.The window teller came back after 20 minutes to check on us and said "it should only be a few more minutes." I replied "is this normal? We've never been to Smashburger before...does it always take this long?"His reply was "honestly, if you want faster service, don't come through the drive-through. It takes longer for some reason"So we waited longer, and he finally brings us our food, apologizes, and says that the cook messed up the order of the orders, so several orders were made before ours for people who came later. I said "I understand, that sucks, but it is what it is. Can you offer us some type of discount or coupon since we waited so long?"He leaves to go ask his manager, comes back a few seconds later and says "no, sorry. Have a nice day."So that was our first (and only) experience with Smashburger. To top it all off, the food was cold and my son's burger was under cooked. Judging by all the 1-star reviews this place has, it might need new management. How does it stay in business?

This Smashburger has progressively become worse. It's insanely expensive for the same quality of food as Wendy's or Burger King, and my wife had a nasty long black hair in her burger last night. Probably won't be back after this latest disappointment/disgust.

Reminds me alot of a faster pace red robin. Food was great. Didn't take long at all to get food, the customer service and attentiveness I would say a 4.9 out of 5 stars. We had shakes as well after food also good as well. Included all info in review. Would recommend a visit if your in the area.Vegetarian options: A few options here salads, and vegan burger as well.Parking: Plenty of parking spots, few paces to the door, also wheelchair friendly.Kid-friendliness: Very good atmosphere in this location. For kids and family. No one should leave hungry.
Burgers were good but the dining area was dirty. There were crumbs on table tops, used napkins on the floor, floors were dirty, trash can was overflowing. It was 4 PM and the restaurant was not busy. Several seats in booths have torn covers. The overall impression was not good at all. If the dining room is this dirty, what’s the kitchen like? It was our second time at this location, same situation the first time with a dirty dining area. We won’t be returning.

So for $40 for two burger meals I would expect a bit more care in my food. I get that this expensive cow had to give its last will and testament before it became my burger 12 min after ordering but a little concern for the resulting art would be nice. Won’t visit again, won’t recommend.
Brussels sprouts were great! I thought that the burgers were great as well. Love that they have a drive through, made it easy to get in and out.

Smash fries are probably some of the best fries in the in the fast food kingdom. Crispy and warm with near perfect textures. Ambience is very calm and chill. Clean sitting area. Staff is gracious and serves with equanimity and poise.. Amongst the local smash burgers we have visited. This is the best tasting even with the constraints of uniformity within the franchise. Even on an extremely cold near zero day, the restaurant is welcoming and warm. They are accomodatung and solicitous re gluten-free options.

Worst customer service ever. Does this restaurant close at 9:00, 9:30 or 10:00? Only asking because your employees on 12/27/23 close before 9:15 and don’t accept orders from DD, online, or in person after 9:00om. The guy with the long hair and the girl closing with him seem to be on something. Maybe random drug checks are necessary if you guys plan to be in business in this location going forward.
