I went in today, and boy was it busy! Despite the workers being swamp with orders they got my smoothie and others, out as soon as possible. The young lady on cashier, Audrianna, was so sweet and greeted me and the others with big, beautiful smile even with all the noise and a long line so she took her time insuring my order was correct and really made me feel welcomed. My smoothie was great, great service and great workers, I will definitely will be returning soon!

I order from here a couple times a week and always have an absolutely delightful experience! The employees are incredibly friendly and attentive. What always impresses me the most is their attention to detail. My wife has a severe allergy and they always take the time to thoroughly wash everything and ensure that their preparation is safe. It's refreshing to see a place that cares so much about their customers' well-being. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious smoothies and excellent service!

Their new açaí bowls are great but now they stopped making one of the ingredients which completely changes the flavor. They still continue to offer it on the menu. Will find another place.

This is such a lovely place! I love their smoothies and they are smooth and delicious too! The consistency isn't too thin or too thick, but they make it the right way. I also love every team member's smiles, especially this one worker which I forgot her name. She is just so cool and sweet! And she has a lovely personality as well! I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. I live out of state, but when I visit Colorado Springs, I always get a few smoothies here. I'm always happy with the quality and flavor of the smoothies and the staff are always efficient and accurate with the orders.

Came in on veterans day for their advertised free smoothie, only to wait unhelped for 10 mins at the counter. When the gentleman came from the back he informed me that they had just stopped the promotion a few mins ago and I had just missed it. It was 11:10 in the morning. I usually stop here after the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I'm thinking Jamba juice is just as close to my house. Was disappointed to see the others in the room be told the same thing. Probably won't return.

I got a smoothie bowl and asked for two of the toppings on the side. Even offered to pay for the extra containers. They lady sighed and said "so you want THREE BOWLS??" As of i didn't offer to pay extra for them. Unnecessarily rude for absolutely no reason.

I ordered the chocolate cinnamon with no almond butter or protein and substitute with carrots and mango. The order I got was mainly almond butter and there were no carrots or mango. I don't think the people there know what they are doing.

When we went for the first time the staff were super friendly and greeted us as we opened the door. The smoothies were delicious and they have so many healthy options. There is something for everyone and anything dietary need. They were also really nice and accommodating about making customizations. It took about 10 minutes to get our smoothies. Real food with healthy ingredients are worth the wait. We’ll definitely be back.
Smoothies always great, waits not as bad as reviews say. App said 10 minutes while they were making other orders and it took them 6 minutes.

Ordered on the mobile app like I always do about 3-4 times a week. This time around the service mainly the server named Faith was absolutely rude. I walk in behind another guy who is picking up a mobile order. He picks up his smoothie and as I'm in the middle of saying pick up for my name she cuts me off and says "yeah it's not ready yet" yet I see a smoothie ready for pick up in the see through fridge. I wait another 20 minutes and people who came in after me are leaving. I see the female whisper to her coworkers grabs the smoothie I've been staring at for 20 minutes and says my name. This female is careless at her job didn't take the time to apologize for her mistake or even being rude cutting me off before I could say my name. I proceed to tell her she should let people finish when they're saying the name for their order and she looks at her coworkers and laughs. Faith you need some serious work on your customer service skills.

AWFUL customer service. I was literally given the “hold on” finger as I was waiting to order. Once ready to take my order the woman behind the counter acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Embarrassing and honestly unacceptable for the amount we pay for a freaking smoothie. FIND BETTER PEOPLE!
