My first time eating at Sofia’s. Thank God! Authentic Mexican food! Best in COS by far. Edwardo gets 5 stars also for his professionalism and customer service.

This place is great. We had the Asad tacos, asada nachos and the flaunts. I could probably eat the nachos and tacos for days. We also had the jalapeño margarita and the strawberry margaritas... I loved the jalapeño one.. it's perfectly balanced and not overwhelming. My husband had the strawberry. He would have liked it sweeter but other than that it was good ... next week we are coming back to try all the margaritas at once. This was just an impressive random find and highly recommended.

Omg the food here is soooo good!! If you love some Mexican street food, darling you cannot miss it here!! All the food and drinks are so delicious 😋 😩 the explosion of taste and music and vibes! Highly highly recommend!

Never been here was driving thru the neighborhood came across their store and food is delicious I ordered birria tacos and a churro! the workers were all super kind and helpful I highly recommend trying their food.

I am not one to bash peoples businesses, especially a family owned small business. But this just really has to be said because my feelings are actually hurt. I don't understand Spanish but I definitely understand facial expressions and body language and attitudes and turning away when I come in, refusing to take my order.
My order is so simple but for some reason to your employees (especially the young lady taking my order) it's not a simple order. And I have been labeled difficult.
Now everytime I do come in I get scowled at and she says something under her breath in Spanish and I know it has to be about me. Then my bag was tied in 4 knots and I struggled for what seemed like an eternity to open it and check my order before I leave. Really really good food, love the food 100% it's awesome. But the customer service is nasty. They are mean and I can't go back there again. But that just hurt me to much to be treated like that.

Thanks to a good friend suggesting this place, I've finally found AMAZING authentic Mexican food like I'm used to from back home in San Jose California! The Birria is to die for! The Elote is sooo good! I can't wait to go back. They also have us complimentary strawberry and cream churros sooo insanely delicious 😋

Fantastic Mexican food. The Cuban sandwich is big enough for 2 people. Portions are outstanding. Staff is very friendly.

We really enjoyed this place and so much so that we went back the very next day. I’m from Pueblo so it’s been hard to find elote and corn in the cup. So happy to have found this place and so close to home ! Very authentic, satisfying, and affordable. Also the birria ramen is so creative and yummy! Great job!! We went a little crazy and ordered everything haha but it will be cheaper the next time if you only order a few things.

Absolutely love Sofia’s, best birria tacos in town, really yummy chicken tostadas and the nachos are delicious as well! Definitely give them a try
