I’m from out of town and walked in just because coffee sounded great. I didn’t realize it was also a record shop! I have an extensive record collection so I got really excited that they had my two loves; music and coffee. I did end up finding a record I needed, and the staff was also very friendly and helped me pick out a bag of beans to go. Definitely will come back next time I’m in CO!
A great coffee stop whether just passing through or to get a little work done. The menu is unique, and the coffee and food are quality! Just stopped through on the way to the mountains, would definitely go again!

Solar Roast Coffee impressed me with their quality and creativity. The service was good, and I loved trying their cayenne coffee - it had a perfect spicy kick that really made it stand out from typical coffee shops. They’re clearly doing something different here, and the coffee quality backs it up. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try something beyond the usual options!
