I got into the drive-thru line at Sonic three hours before closing tonight and the lady at the drive-thru said, “sigh Jesus Christ dude I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” That was unacceptable and I immediately left. I work in customer service and no matter how stressful things get, I would not do this. This is not a personal attack, just a teaching moment going forward.
Place is ok sometimes it’s hit or miss with there ice cream but most of the time it’s good

The ice cream is fantastic wish Sonic would only stuck with ice cream milk the burgers are overpriced and just not that good and no matter which Sonic I go to I can't get out of the drive-thru within 15 minutes even if I'm the only car but don't get me wrong the people are super friendly and the ice cream is stellar.
Every time I get food here it's either over cooked or under cooked I waited in line for 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks and a corn dog and the mozzarella sticks didn't even have cheese in them save yourself the time and just drive 10 more minutes to the platte location they at least care there
Ok place but had to send food back twice wasn't fully cooked employees they are cool but they be rushing
Terrible Cherry limeade, I ordered extra Cherries and it still only had two cherries in it and was so full of lime it was terrible, my sausage burrito was uneatable completely it was just terrible gross, 🤮 will not come back to this sonic!
Not really diffrent them any other Sonic. Drive through was taking to long so we used the online pickup option. We ended up getting our food quicker that way.

Aside from never getting extra cherries when I pay for them, still only getting 1 or 2, I went there today and got a sausage breakfast burrito. Everything inside was disgusting and burnt, the eggs were burnt. It was the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life but had no time to go back. I do not recommend this location, drive the extra minutes and find another!
The food was awful. The burger was cold, overcooked, and the bread was stale. Worst place to go if you're craving a burger.

This by far was the worst experience..2 kid pack cheeseburgers, received 2 hamburgers that were drenched in mustard and ketchup, went back though spoke to a manager who was beyond rude! I didn’t stay for the remake in fear they would do something to the cheeseburgers. You wonder why chain stores are closing, service, food, as well as places not being kept up at all. Whoever owns this sonic they need a lot of help! The girl with the extreme long nails needs to be retrained with the inabilities to handle food with those nails, as well as her attitude, the manager needs to be retrained as well with his foul mouth when I tried to show him the burger and that it needs to be corrected, I get well there are a lot of people that come through here (with a very loud voice) I’ll go ahead and remake the cheeseburgers but your gonna have to wait… ummm that is the wrong answer! I’ll drive the extra few miles and support local.,. This sonic needs to close! It use to be fun to go to a sonic it is complete opposite, never again! Aparently they like to waste products!

The drive-in is what you'd expect. The wait to order was crazy long! 3 out of 5 orders were wrong. I asked for no mustard and no tomatoes. My burger had both; mustard is one of the most offensive tastes to me, and my burger was dripping with it. It was an overall bad experience!
3 different sonic locations across 3 states - all TERRIBLE. 3 strikes you're OUT! Go somewhere else!

I had an issue , so I called and spoke to the manager. This manager made things right. She offered me a free combo meal. I picked up the meal for lunch today. Staff at the window were friendly, and I got my food with no issues. Things happen, but it is how they are rectified. I would have to say sonic manager on 8th St. and today's staff have great customer service! The food was also good 👍 😋

I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have to repeat my order several times & still have it incorrect. Wait times are crazy. Like honestly this is the worst sonic everrrrrr

Completed my order in the drive-through and the server repeated the order with no issues. I pay for my order and I'm missing the ketchup packets. No big deal since the lady hands me plenty.
I make it back home and find out that our double-cheese burgers (#4) had nothing but two patties and ketchup.
I had to re-review the menu to ensure I didn't mess something up. The menu shows exactly what I ordered but not what I received.
