Been here a few times. It’s always been slow but it’s only getting slower. Placed an order for a medium (got a small) tea and a sonic blast which comes with whipped topping (which I didn’t get). Not only these issues, but I placed the order through the app while at my house and got there in 10 minutes and waited another 30. It’s unfortunate I like sonic.

Had a bad experience at this location.
The manager is so arrogant that she didn’t even follow the direction of her general manager, who left word with me and his name and title to replace my drink.
I tried to reason with the manager and had to go home to get the receipt that gave the name of the general manager and the day of the bad service!
I asked for tots and received tots mixed with fries that were refried in grease a second time and sold to me. Cherry limeade which is their specialty served without the lime and no cherry!
Then when the general manager tried to make it right his manager failed to follow through!
After the terrible experience and producing the receipt as proof I decided to decline any further service at this location!
Terrible service just expect it at this location!

Went to drive thru order a large sonic blast and 2 small blast and as you can see from the photos they didn’t fill them up looks like they half fast it. I asked her I ordered a large and the response I get is “I can’t make a large blast they come in medium and small, I told her you should have said that when I ordered. Worst service and I never go there and this will be the last time. They r there to get a paycheck and don’t care about customers service. WORST PLACE EVER!
Took awhile after ordering to receive food. Made the drink wrong.

I’m pretty sure his name was Brady or Brody, but that dude deserves a raise — honestly, he should be the manager. He was kind, professional, and clearly busting his ass. I only ordered a cherry limeade, but he got it out to me fast and with a great attitude. Sonic and the world need more people like him — he genuinely made my day a better one. Don’t listen to the bad reviews — this guy makes up for all of them.

I now know better than to get any type of food from this Sonic! Everyone I personally know that lives in this area feels the same. Drinks are okay though! I can honestly say this is byfar the worst Sonic I have ever eaten food at in my life! Giving 3 Stars because at least the drinks are decent.

If zero stars was an option, I’d give them -5. The cheap burritos from McDonalds are bigger than the ones they give you for $5. They pay no mind to directions and staff is incredibly rude when asking for condiments. This location used to be great, now I would gladly starve prior to visiting this establishment ever again. Sonic burritos used to be my favorite, but I’ll never give them my money ever again. Spend your money elsewhere folks.
