Waited 30 minutes at a stall for a single slush. Clicked order button again and was ignored, so I went to the drive through and they finally gave me my order. When I asked what happened the manager grunted at me, and told the girl to just close the window on me. It's fine if you're running behind, or you miss an order. But to treat a customer with no respect that you won't even say why the hassle, I'm never going back. It is beyond obvious that the reason this branch is so low traffic is because the staff has a bad attitude. Probably from leadership.
Food is just sonic so it's fine.

The manager of this location is garbage. Removing more and more stalls and the staff don't even know if you are in the drive trough or at a stall.... And then they don't know what stall when you tell them your in a stall.

Slow, rude night manager. My food was cold, tots so hard you could play golf with them. Went through drive thru to get fresh ones and was yelled at to get off property. Will be contacting store manager, then corporate.

It’s unfortunate for me to have to give this location a bad review But I’m sick of coming here and spending 20 minutes here every single time. Today with my experience I spent 20 minutes sitting at the drive-through box while the lady cleared the line. She did say that she will get to me in a moment and 15 minutes had passed and I had heard nothing. Somebody had pulled up to the stall about 10 minutes after I had arrived and placed their order at the stall and was serviced before me. Customers started getting out of line that were behind me as a result of also waiting the excess amount of time, I did tell the second person who was pulling away that I had been there for 20 minutes. The lady who was inside the sonic did say that she was short staffed after I mentioned to a customer that was leaving that I had been there for 20 minutes. This is not a shortcoming on the woman who was struggling to run the store by herself. This is a shortcoming on the management who is failing to hire and retain Employees. I’ve worked fast food for many years prior to this experience And it is typically a first come first Serve basis, but not if you skip the drive through and order at the stalls— you get served before the people who had been waiting in line for an excess amount of time. I decided to use the drive-through this time around because I always was spending 20 minutes in the stalls Because drive-through was the priority and I just wanted a quick in and out experience and that did not happen.

Sonic, you need to do better for your employees. Nobody should sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes because your staff are struggling to keep up with the volume.

Also, the potholes in your parking lot are absolutely ridiculous and almost took out my front end. It is a private parking lot do something to fix that.

And give that woman struggling to run your store, probably by herself a raise

Having been waiting over 30 minutes for my order I asked the worker why it’s taken so long for our order. I was told we have a cook who gets overwhelmed with a lot of orders. When my food arrives it was cold never again will I come back.

30 minutes in a drive thru with only 2 cars is ridiculous. This happens every time I come here and it doesn’t matter where you order from, you will be waiting a lifetime. Unfortunately this is the closest fast food that is in between where I’m coming and where I’m going.

did an order pick up and ended up waiting 40 minutes to get our food. we got told it was because someone was training, and then it changed to waiting for fresh meat all while we saw everyone that pulled up after us to order get their food almost immediately. when we finally got our food, it was very obvious that our drinks AND food had just been sitting there. nothing was actually fresh. there should be a cancel order option in the app because we would've left had we been able to get refunded.

Service took FOREVER with very few cars in drive thru and in stalls. Pushed the call button and took several minutes to get a response then waited close to 45 minutes to get food! Definitely will not be back!
