I have been going to the same sonic ordering the same thing for over a year now. But apparently new rule: depending on who u get, they can charge what they want. She claims they all charged me wrong. But for a whole year, at ur location. No that don't add up. Ill be informing corporate about the scams going on behind the register. Not a good way to keep a loyal customer.

So this is the sonic we frequent the most as it is closest to our home. The costumer service is always great! No doubt about it, their employees are always smiling and are very kind and helpful. As for their food, we never have a good experience with their food. Especially with their drinks. We like to add extra flavors into our drinks and they seem to forget it every time. Whether it’s for he or both of our drinks! It’s always so sad since we have to add extra for additives. Or sometimes their drinks just don’t taste right. Food doesn’t seem as fresh as it should be. I don’t have good experiences with food here.

I usually don’t leave reviews. Especially bad ones. I felt really bad for the carhop that served us. It seemed like she was doing 3 different jobs. She was so sweet. I sat there for 30 minutes with my son all to wait on cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and one breakfast burrito. When I pushed the button to check how much longer it would be because we had an appointment we had to get to the carhop told me someone placed an order for 5 wacky packs and 2 adult meals. This is unacceptable. I worked at sonic when I was younger and I know for a fact that if this places was better staffed it would’ve made a big difference. I hope management gets some wisdom on what to do but I won’t be back. When we got our food it was pathetic. Two slices of cheese melted onto a few fries. We weren’t given utensils and no marinara with the mozzarella sticks. When I pushed the button to ask for these, I never got an answer. So I left and that’s when I decided to leave a review. Still tipped my carhop though! I hope she finds a job at a better place.

Was never able to get to the food part for my survey i sat in one of the Stalls for 10 minutes then I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes I decided to go ahead and leave.. and when I say sat there I literally sat there with three other cars behind me every time I come here it's bad this will be the last time I come to this place just go someplace else if you like Sonic go to a different one

I didn't have to wait long at all for my food, which is always a plus when you're on the go. The staff was also super friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered a classic Sonic cheeseburger, and it was mouthwateringly delicious. The patty was juicy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bun was fresh and soft. I also couldn't resist getting some tater tots on the side, and they were crispy and seasoned to perfection.But what truly sets Sonic apart is their drink selection. I opted for a Cherry Limeade, and it was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. It was so refreshing, especially on a hot day.The best part about Sonic is the ability to customize your order. Wasted $50 and regret leaving a tip. 3 burgers with stale bread, meat tasted like it was sitting out for hours, the “wings” barely had any sauce and undercooked. Our server acted like we inconvenienced her so we were nervous to send our food back. They are a bunch of kids working with zero work ethic. Find a different sonic if you can.
