Not quite sure why they don't give you your receipt after paying, and then I asked if I can get my receipt, and Ms. Jennifer got bothered by that and was rude about it afterwards.....they need some training in customer service!

Sucks cause I used to be a go-to for us when we wanted road food or something to hydrate, lately every experience I have had recently at multiple locations has been below the threshold for me. Foods are always cold, you pay for extra stuff and get less than what's even required for a regular serving, 70% of their booths screens are down or button don't work. They built a location near my house and we went to only find out they don't do the booths anymore and to top it off the location by my house is always making their staff close early cause they can't schedule the right amount of people to work their lol. Best to move on to better places for car food.

For the past 3 months, I had given it a chance after chance, the milkshake are always liquidated, food is always cold I love the popcorn chicken and it’s always cold or undercooked which is said cause I buy to feed the family, even they are down the street from us we go to a different one now, I also remember that they always forget an item such as mozzarella sticks or kids meal

How does a Sonic not have the ability to serve A root beer float or a caramel sundae? The second time in a row coming to this location that we are told sorry we can’t do that because they’re soft serve machine is broken and the time before that we were told that they couldn’t do any dessert drinks because their machine machines were down And come to find out we are told that they couldn’t do anything at all no food at all because their cash registers were down. I call bull crap there’s no way that all these This one in particular that their machines are broken I think that it’s employees just being too lazy to wanna serve their customers

Truly is one of the best Sonics I've ever gone to. My only complaint is that every single time I get the pretzel's and ask for it with the cheese sauce they never give me it. Other then that its amazing. Yall please give the cheese sauce with the pretzel's. I just want my cheese

Currently have been sitting out for ten minutes it’s 735 on a Sunday and they can’t be bothered to take a single order or answer their phones worst sonic.oh and they cancel calls I hope the 7 other cars leave bad reviews

Went to this Sonic on New Car Drive in Colorado Springs. This was about two weeks ago. Woodmen is the cross street. Could not order in the stall, because speaker to order was not working because of the recent snow storm. Could not order in the drive thru because same thing, speaker was down. Had to go thru the drive thru, and up to the window to order with a live person. Everybody before me ordered and waited and then got there food. I get up there, and they say the computers are down for ordering, they have to reboot and it will take 20 minutes, if I wanted to wait. I went to another Sonic across town, whose speakers were working fine, and whose computer to order was working fine. Not sure when I was the 8th to 9th person in line, everybody getting there order, did the computer "suddenly" to down, when I got to the window. It also upset me, that the car before me had a big order, and the workers should have asked the car to pull to one of the stalls, and there big order would be brought out to them. This would have kept the line moving. McDonalds and other places do this. I have had other issues before with this sonic location. I did go to sonic.com to log these complaints, so the franchise owner of this location would see it. They have not gotten back to me. When this happens, Sonic needs to forward this information to a regional president or vice president in charge of the city and surrounding cities the sonic places are in. That person needs to contact the franchise owner and say, "We have received complaints about your specific sonic that you are the franchise owner of, either fix these issues, or we will fire you, and get a new franchise owner, is that understood!
Thanks for the response on my review from a Sonic Rep. Its just that even though each Sonic is franchised owned, there still should be someone or some people above the franchise owner that keeps each sonic franchise owner accountable for the service that their sonic restaurant and team provide. I have already talked to the main sonic customer service department representative about this. They filed a report for me on this. This franchise owner was made aware of it.

This is not left after just one visit as I gave multiple chances.
The first time, I ordered through the mobile app and then drove there (approx 15 minutes. Once getting there I waited another 35 MINUTES. By the time I actually got my food it was cold.
I had called into the customer service just asking for a refund and that was not done as a sup was supposed to call me back.
Ok, so maybe it's a one off, I go there again a couple weeks later, the food was literally smashed like someone sat on it, and the tater tots were half full and guess what, cold again.
Sweet. I don't bother calling in. I didn't visit the 3rd time but my bf did and it was the same problems all over again.
We now go to the sonic in Falcon and they are amazing! Food is hot and they are fast and very nice.

Ordered pickup. I got there 5 minutes after it said it would be ready, parked in a stall, and pressed the button. Nothing. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone then gave up and went to the drive thru. Their speaker doesn't work there so you have to go to the window. Finally got to the window after another 20 minutes. It was one person working inside because the other employee decided it was more important to clean the parking lot rather than help her co worker. Almost an hour for pickup.
