Different experience than other Sonics. The blast was fully blended and the pretzel was hot and fresh.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this store consistently has really bad customer service.
Christy is a sweetheart and gives the most cheerful service you could ever hope for.
One of the nicest Sonics we have been to in town, the service was beyond great, everyone was extremely kind and attentive. We spoke with the GM Chrissy, she was an absolute sweetheart. We let her know how we felt about our experience. This will most definitely be our go to sonic in the future 💚 Thank you to the team at this location for the wonderful experience and kind hearts!

Our experience here was awful to the point we didn’t even get to order. We pulled up to the drive thru 45 mins before they closed and the guy very rudely said they were no longer going to be serving ice cream. We asked why and he said because they were about to close. However, they still had 45 mins until they closed. He very rudely turned down our order and we left empty handed. Very unimpressed with this service and I will absolutely not be returning. This is a service industry, and the service here was extremely disappointing.

Apparently 10:00 is not their closing time. I called to ask if I could place an order since I was gonna be pulling in late but they said I can’t place an order over the phone and hung up on me. Then I show up at 9:50 to try and order but am told that due to the time they are closed. Update your hours if you aren’t serving people within the time posted online!

Some of the food was cold and it was just tossed carelessly into the bags and all over. Thought this Sonic would be better since its newer, unfortunately it wasn't. 🙃

Htf do you make a sonic with no drive-in or walk up capability? That's a massive part of the sonic brand. I shouldn't have to download and sign up for an app to order and my vehicle doesn't fit thru the drive thru.
Unfortunate experience today. Waited over 20 min for order, it was incorrect, and found a piece of plastic in the onion rings. Appears extremely understaffed and under trained. This location has not improved since 1 year ago and is getting worse since opening.

First of all, I rarely eat sonic, but I do love a good cherry limeade or flavored soda water. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to enjoy drinks from this location after what I witnessed at my latest visit….first, while I was at the window waiting on my drink, an older gentleman shuffled up to make himself a drink. I assume he works in the kitchen. As he approached the drink machine he wiped his nose with the back of his hand and then proceeded to pick up the ice scoop with that same hand. No hand washing, no gloves, just a hand straight from his nose to the ice scoop. When he was finished, I watched the next associate pick up the same ice scoop and scoop ice for my drink. She then filled my cup with soda water. While she was waiting for the fizz to go down, she took the opportunity to refill the ice. She hoisted a large container of ice over her head and dumped it into the bin. One hand gripping the inside of the rim and the other hand flat on the bottom of the container (THAT HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE FLOOR). She immediately used the hand that had been on the bottom of the container from the floor to put the lid on my drink. Gross! Again, no hand washing, or glove. Just touching something that was on the floor before using her entire hand on the lid of my drink. Either one of these occurrences would be enough to discourage me from visiting again, but all of this within a matter of less than 2 minutes was just too much! Bye bye, sonic!

Ordered through the app for a 12:35 pickup. Arrived right on time, parked in a to-go spot, and marked “arrived” in the app. Another car was already waiting when we got there, so I figured that’d be a good gauge for timing. After 10 minutes of nothing, we decided to try the drive-thru instead, thinking it might be faster.
Told them our name at the speaker, they told us to pull around. There were only 2 cars ahead of us, but we still didn’t get our food until 1:00—25 minutes after pickup time. No apology, no acknowledgment of the delay. And since there’s no way to cancel an order in the app, leaving wasn’t even an option.
To make it worse, the food was lukewarm. With a wait like that, I can excuse it if it’s fresh and hot—but why not just bring it out when it was ready while we were waiting in the pickup spot, instead of making me track it down myself?
I know it’s just a bunch of teenagers working, but they clearly need better support and management. I was really excited to try this new food item and was so let down.

So a clump of something was at the bottom on my drink today. Called and no one seemed to want to talk to me about it. I asked if there was an email i can send a photo to. Manager said no way to send anything to them. No way to look up my order. No fix. Didnt even care to help me figure out what this could be or assure me that they will keep things more clean or anything. The pictures attached show it. Is this beef? Is this a bug? And booger? Like what is this and why is it in a slushie and why does no one really care or want to resolve this??! This is disgusting…
