Got there almost 45 mins before they close and the turned the lights off while there were cars in the drive through and just never responded didn’t say they were closed nothing just turned the lights off and ignored us?

refused to take my order after telling me that they could only do two orders per car. we understood what they were trying to say so my friends and i tried to compromise and find out a way to pay. we asked the lady on the intercom if we could just come through the drive-thru 2 times to order. she said “do whatever you want” so, while in the middle of me ordering, she said “you know what i’m not serving you guys, get out of my drive-thru” even though she was the one who told us it’s okay to take our time. horrible customer service and learn how to be patient

Bad customer service, rude. Asked for extra picante sauce, got told “there’s already one in the bag” in a rude tone. Just stared at me so I asked again nicely and got a huff and eyeroll.

We got two blasts. There were barely any m&ms on the top and none inside, and 3 tiny pieces of Oreos. Rather than give us a few more, the “manager” said she couldn’t due to inventory, health codes, and in order to get a few more m&ms we have to buy an entire new ice cream. We go here often and the workers give us random drinks we don’t even ask or want, yet she can’t give us toppings when there are none on top. We will make the drive to another company because that was a complete waste of 15 dollars. Angelica, learn how to help customers because that was ridiculous.

Showed up 10min after my pickup order should have been ready. Had to wait another 15min behind 3 cars in front of me to get my food that ended up being cold by the time I got home. Contacted the website to leave feedback when I got home and was offered a "free" drink (with purchase) for my troubles... LOL! Im never going back here again!

Sonic, you aren't any good. Your groovy fries had been cooked twice, they were very brown and they were lacking BIG TIME.
Your bacon Ranch queso wrap was PATHETIC. Also it had a bitter taste to it. Sonic you have lost a customer. Nothing I've gotten from you lately has been very good, I'm always disappointed in your horrible food. So long.

Ps, people actually like that groovy sauce? It's HORRIBLE TOO!

Ordered food in the app, we got there and they let me know they closed early and I would have to call and get my order refunded. Was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to get my refund. Julia was rude and wasn’t helpful at all.

Placed a mobile order and showed up around 7pm or so on a night that they close at 11. Employees came out and said they were going home and to request a refund in the app. 3-4 employees walked out, got in their cars and drove off.

A week prior to this I showed up for an in-app order and checked in at one of the stalls. The employees NEVER came out and acted upset when I went through the drive through to get the food instead. The order was not correct.

Just like most of the fast food places on Interquest and in Colorado Springs in general - absolute garbage and not worth visiting. Fast food shouldn't be a 20 step ordeal to get no food or the wrong order.

Every time I come here the food is fresh. No extra long waits. Most other Sonic’s serve food that’s been sitting way too long, and they take forever. Good job guys.

Don't go. Sonic used to be my favorite fast food chain. Every single one I went to in this town is disgusting. The one that closed on academy I had mold in my milkshake. Ever sucked up mold through a straw? Yup. Say no more. We now went to the new one and my son ordered coke slush with the sour candy pieces. Which was a a mix of ice color and green? No brown to be seen. I get it, the brown would discolor but no, there was no brown. Staff sayd she guarantees it is coke. Right....And to top it of my boy sucked up a piece of chocolate. Sonic, you have become so gross I can't say anymore. Thumbs down!!!
