Let me just say the my family and I frequent this locating alot and the last year before it remodeled and up til now the customer service has been very lacking. So we haven't eaten there in awhile, but today I was happily impressed. The food was cooked well the customer service was great and they did it all in a timely manner with a smile and got it correct. Thank you Lexi V Daijah L and Logan W just when I was about to give up hope this location could turn it around. You guys changed my mind and gave us a very good experience

The fryer was broken so basically no food could be made and they let us sit there for 15 minutes before they notified us.

Inevitably no matter when I show up or why they have at least one machine broken and not working. Sometimes it's the ice cream machine sometimes it's a fryer sometimes it's a slushy machine. Either way management needs to figure out what they're doing to actually keep the The equipment in minimal functional order

As per usual with Sonic, we were given two options: call some number and request a refund, or get a substitute. However, this Sonic has no speaker at the online order pickup stalls, so someone had to come out and tell us - while it started to rain.

The thing is, I don’t know your menu - I don’t know what a valid substitution is. After being told Shakes were “too expensive”, it started to rain more. We tried looking through our phones quickly at other options, since there are no menus for us to look at in the pick up stalls, but felt rushed as the guy was literally standing in the rain waiting.

This isn’t the guys fault - this is Sonic’s fault. Last time we requested a refund at a Sonic due to them not being able to fulfill the order they charged us for, it took 45 minutes - we weren’t falling for that this time.

Sonic, either figure out how to make it so employees can cancel an order, or do better at suggesting upgraded substitutions. You’re the ones who can’t fulfill your end of the order and make it insanely difficult to cancel, so you should take the hit. You’re failing - you’re cheating - you’re ripping people off.

Do better.

Slush machine is down

I don't like that they switched to clear cups for ice creams and slushies because they melt so fast. What happened to the foam cups? I thought those were better for this purpose. Plus, they forgot the extra cherry I requested for my slushy. I can't believe customer service could miss something so small that was paid for.

Sarah was super helpful. I spilled a drink and she offered to replace it for free. And she gave me some extra thick towels to help clean up the mess. Keep up the great customer service. It does go a long ways.

Ordered a cheese burger in the drive thru, got back to work and found out the meat was raw. When I called for a refund, I was hung up on and they will not take my calls now. Unprofessional, unsafe, and never coming back.

This Sonic drive in is close to my job and it's something different than your normal fast food places. Sonic delivers a variety of foods that Burger King, McDonald's and Wendy's do not serve but their awesome variety of sodas and shakes are the main reason for my visits. The only reason I had to give 4 stars is because they're always out of something. It might be a hot dog or hamburger bun or sourdough bread and it's always the item I'm ordering. But other than that it's a great place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thanks

I ordered online and park for stall number and gave me wrong food as wrong name and then gave me right bag and bag was ripped and I ordered premium chicken bites and it's don't take like chicken bites it taste like bread inside so I got really upset this guy is jerk don't want to make customer satisfaction so I'm putting poor rate they can't do it right and the clothes are not properly uniform like supposed to. Smh they better refund my money back

His energy was incredibly high and positive, and he made the whole interaction so pleasant. It’s rare to see someone so upbeat and focused on great customer service.
