Sonic Drive-In

I got into the drive-thru line at Sonic three hours before closing tonight and the lady at the drive-thru said, “sigh Jesus Christ dude I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” That was unacceptable and I immediately left. I work in customer service and no matter how stressful things get, I would not do this. This is not a personal attack, just a teaching moment going forward.

Place is ok sometimes it’s hit or miss with there ice cream but most of the time it’s good

The ice cream is fantastic wish Sonic would only stuck with ice cream milk the burgers are overpriced and just not that good and no matter which Sonic I go to I can't get out of the drive-thru within 15 minutes even if I'm the only car but don't get me wrong the people are super friendly and the ice cream is stellar.

Every time I get food here it's either over cooked or under cooked I waited in line for 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks and a corn dog and the mozzarella sticks didn't even have cheese in them save yourself the time and just drive 10 more minutes to the platte location they at least care there

Ok place but had to send food back twice wasn't fully cooked employees they are cool but they be rushing

I don't know what it is about Colorado springs. But all the sonics are horribly staffed. All I ordered always small strawberry slice on mobile app for pick up at 625. It's currently 635 and I just got it. Like as I write the review. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru and 3 cars in the car hop spots. Please please managers whoever you are you need to hire more people.

No drive thru, only a few bays open. Why remodel the location if you can't serve customers.

Service was okay, the person taking our order seemed a little impatient or annoyed with us, not sure if this was because of the speaker being a little static filled and they couldn't hear us well but they didn't seem very pleasant. Our car hopper that delivered the food seemed a little standoffish but wasn't downright awful. The Sonic looks a little run down outside, we weren't sure if it was open or not when we got there because it looked closed down. Limited ordering stalls, there were 4 and the rest were mobile pickups and park and eat stalls, the normal drive through is open though. The food itself was good. Tasted like every other Sonic I've been to, though my burger was lukewarm and not hot. We ate there in the lot so it's not like we drove home and it was cold or anything. We ordered 2 burgers with large drinks and sides, a kids meal, and a large order of mozzarella sticks with the total coming to $38, overall not a bad price for the amount of food, especially around this area. My husband and daughter said their food was hot and delicious. We would eat here again.

Since they took out all the extra ordering booths, service has been much faster, communication with Ashley was great (she even read back order!)!! Very pleased this time! 😃

That order in ice cream with extra prices. Peanut butter cups I got charged for it but I really stinge you with the recess Bad service the recommended at all.
I do recommend better b j's.
