Always forget 1-2 items or mix up the order completely. Have lived in the neighborhood 3 years and have tried this sonic 3 times. Each time it’s wrong and/or wrong. You’re better off driving to a different one.

No one here cares if you get your food. I placed an order on the app and waited 15 minutes to receive my order. I asked the girl if it was cold now and she said yes, but they could "remake it"... I'm not personally comfortable letting a restaurant remake my orders, so I just asked for a refund. Eat here if you want the bottom of the line Sonic experience. I hope this location closes so something better might go in it's place.

This location was getting better. Not sure what happened. Yesterday our sweet tea was just sugar water. Today I waited on a pickup order for over 10 minutes. Had to call the store, twice to ask where my order was. I ordered a sweet tea and an ice cream cup. You could tell the guy was fed up. Hold me on the phone that he has no idea what's going on. You know they're getting ready to close that side road. I may just start going to the Sonic. Just seems like it's not worth it anymore. How many times do we have to give him a chance?

Do not go to this location for food especially after doing online orders. Twice I've received food that was not up to par and missing ingredients in the items I ordered. I've reached out two separate times to online support only to receive no response from the store manager. It's been nearly a month since a manager should have reached out.

Have had this locations food multiple times. And am always disssatisfied. They always forget the extras. But this time I’m really frustrated. I got food poisoning. I don’t know if it’s from the chilli dogs or the penutbutter but both of which tasted off. Don’t go here if you don’t want to get sick.

guess I'm feeding their employees too? came in for a bag of ice, was charged for that bag of ice, then a second transaction of a meal, when I didn't have money for a meal in the account. came back and talked to a guy that claimed he refunded but to come back in 3 to 5 days if not. low n behold it did not get refunded. there was no one in line behind me so that means the charge was for a employee that rang up a meal. when she handed the card back she said "sorry it was being funny" I didn't think anything of it until I got home and saw the notification informing me the transaction took the money I needed out.

Made 1 simple order and they messed it up 3 times in a row. Couldn't get the drinks right, couldn't get the sandwiches right, and then they pass me some crummy coupon book like that means litterally anything. I'm guessing everyone there was high on drugs when ordered.... phone number for the store is disconnected becuase they'd to busy receiving complaints about messed up orders all day if they didnt.

Crazy long wait times. Ordered a drink and mozzarella sticks on the mobile app & waited over 30 minutes & never received food. Staff was nice about it but app didn’t indicate a long wait time. Staff suggested we just leave so we did without our food.

I stopped by this Sonic today, Sunday 12/15/2024 @ 1:05 pm & was told there are only 2 employees working right now. What horrible management!!

The general manger Isiah closed the store claiming he is out of bread but hid the bread in the back of the freezer.. he is never there to run the store like a real manager and acts like a teenager leaving all the time he is literally never at that store. I hope real management steps in to do something about this.. the worst most un professional person I have even seen in my life I do not ever recommend coming to this location find anywhere els to eat.

Awful service. We waited while most of the staff was outside the store talking. An employee was standing inside staring at us. It took a really long time before they took our order after they went back inside. Definitely the worst Sonic in Colorado Springs.
