Wish I can give 0 stars. We ordered two #9,which is the foot long chili cheese dog and onion rings and two milk shakes. Everything was nasty,it's like the employees don't care. Won't be back to this sonic ever again. Please have your employees do better.

Came here for a first time at this location ordered a strawberry cheesecake milk shake. I gotta say so disgusting not sure there was any cheesecake in it, super runny not really a thick like a milk shake, most of the strawberry syrup was still at the bottom of the cup, and worst part made me sick. Stomach was pissed the rest of the night. I will not return back and will just go get my own stuff and make my own shake from now on. Staff seemed lost and not very prompt, only one positive employee was nice at the window.

They served me a shake with a broken out bottom (no napkins), it leaked all over the cup holders of my new car.
This was AFTER I had to ring back in. The screen said my order was on its way out and after 5min, no shake.
This location looks nice, the service and quality was 👎

Waited at the drive-thru. No one ever took my order. Worst service ever

Kylie is fantastic! I don't know that I have ever encountered a friendlier Sonic employee, and I have been going to sonics for a very long time.

Hopefully you are paying her well, because someone is going to steal her from you otherwise. I'd have done it on the spot, but I'm from Pennsylvania.

This sonic actually gets it right. Whoever manages this store, PLEASE SEND YOUR WORKERS TO EVERY SONIC IN STATE. AFTER 5-7 bad experiences it’s a shocker to have a classic sonic experience. Nonetheless this store rocks. Hope they get it right when you come around too
