Kylie is fantastic! I don't know that I have ever encountered a friendlier Sonic employee, and I have been going to sonics for a very long time.

Hopefully you are paying her well, because someone is going to steal her from you otherwise. I'd have done it on the spot, but I'm from Pennsylvania.

This sonic actually gets it right. Whoever manages this store, PLEASE SEND YOUR WORKERS TO EVERY SONIC IN STATE. AFTER 5-7 bad experiences it’s a shocker to have a classic sonic experience. Nonetheless this store rocks. Hope they get it right when you come around too

Sat in the drive through life for 20 min no one said anything. Pulled up to the window and sat for another 10 min before anyone acknowledged me. When I told them I sat for 30 min their response was yes, we have 20 people ordering drinks out front…. I’m sorry but terrible customer service: you don’t just have no one manning your drive through especially with 5 cars behind me and people leaving. They seemed as if I inconvenienced them, didn’t fill my sodas up completely. Just down right unacceptable. Highly don’t recommend coming here unless you have an hour plus to spend if it’s busy. ??‍♀️ AWFUL!!

I appreciate parents who raise a young man i had the pleasure of being served by migail at the sonic this evening and he was nothing but amazing and most of all respectful !!! He deserves a raise or to be considered for a management position in the short time had to speak with him he has strong leadership skills !Wishing u the best in life youngman and great job parents u should be very proud of him !!!

Usually have good experiences here but last night was the worst ever. The employee taking our order was so disrespectful and said some things that made our jaw drop. Had to have two separate orders taken back and/or made in the first place because they never came with the food we paid for. I love sonic but screw this location

Waited over 25 minutes in a stall for our food, then they forgot 1/3 of the order, even though the car hop read it back to me as she handed it to me. Won’t be eating here again.
