Slow, food was cold, staff all smoking cigarettes out back. This place is a joke and I hope this one shuts down like the others did in Colorado Springs.

Terrible! 3 tries to get the order right just to be disgusting by what they presented as edible. Couldn't eat it. Got my money back.

There is an issue every time I try to grab something quick or to drink from there. Rude staff, besides one particular team member, they'll tell you they don't have items you're trying to order when in fact they do. Don't work in fast food or the customer service industry if you can't have the basic concept on the tone of your voice and how you use it.

My and my girl come here to get slushies, usually it's hit or miss with the service. Sometimes it takes forever to be responded to, and when we do get quick response they're just so basic and not thorough

Wow! Very rude person at the drive through this morning. After waiting several minutes at the drive-through, I pulled up to the window to make my order.
This all started after she Initially said something through the drive-through speaker. She got cut off mid sentence so I thought the speaker stopped working. Then I waited several minutes, saying hello repeatedly, and drove up to the window and waited a few more minutes. She finally came to the window and insisted that I drove away so she did not take my order. I told her I was saying hello over and over again after I heard her get cut off on the speaker and she kept saying no you drove away! After waiting all this time, I started running late, so I let her know I was running out of time. Silently, I was also afraid she was going to do something bad to my food. Then she slammed the glass doors to the drive-through and walked away. She was not making sense and looked extremely stressed out. I get it, but if you want to protect your peace, avoid going there this morning!

Ordered drove up to the window, Michelle was extra rude, order comes out I get home half is missing, Drive back go through drive thru again with order get home and it’s the cold sandwich they forgot to serve me the first time! Worst Sonic in town

Burger and tots made fresh and correct, cherry limeade could of definitely had more than two cherries since it was a route 44, but it was completely full of ice and very little Cherry Limeade, I would suggest ordering without ice so you can have a drink.
