I placed an online order that ended up telling me about $30. The price wasn’t the concern I was told once I got there to enter into a store and enter a number for the stall I did that sat there for 20 minutes finally push the button and they said oh, we didn’t know where you were and then you started… There was nobody else in the stalls and it had me number so I’m very confused on how they didn’t know where I was. I will not be coming back to this location on top of that. They did not give me any of the sauces that I asked for, and by this point, our drinks were watered down, and our food was cold , very very very disappointed in something so simple

April 4th, 2024 - My son just paid $0.53 for a small water. I get it...the cost of everything is thru the roof. And one of the ways we see cost increase most immediately is when a business sees operating prices increase. In places like supermarkets, fast food & sit-down restaurants.So, when I just need to get a cup of water & go, but the restaurant charges half a buck for that cup of water, I have to laugh. Maybe they're the canary in the coalmine? Probably not.I understand that there are costs involved in the making of the ice, the straw, the cup & paying for the employee to deliver it to me, but if it's that bad for your restaurant. It's like posting a large red DO NOT ENTER sign. I have yet to go to any other fast-food chain & get charged for a cup of water, other than SONIC.

Went through and got a combo with a shake. I asked if this shake looked right/if it was mixed and the man working insisted that it was correct. I asked him why it was half whipped cream and he said it wasn’t, it just looked like that. He was obviously getting angry with me and I was scared to continue to ask for another one to be made. Never have I gotten a shake that was three different colors and half cream… terrible service and unfriendly staff.

i placed a mobile order and arrived on time to the parking stall the order was brought out 15minutes later. checked our food and we were missing items and the sandwich was made wrong, the crew member brought out a completely new order for us but wanted the whole old order back insinuating we were trying to scam them which made us feel terrible but we took our new order and went home, the order was missing items this time and all smooshed into the bag, genuinely don’t know who is having a bad day but take a 10 and grow up. the phone numbers for sonic are also turned off so i called corporate and was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to tell them the store number and what happened.

Just an absurd amount of getting the order wrong. This time set a record: no marina in the bag (I ordered cheese sticks), vanilla shake instead of chocolate, no sauce in the bag (ordered online), no cream in my soda, just coconut.It's every single time here

Laziest in the history of fast food workers. Sat in the drive thru cause they wanna close the drive ins. Get to the speaker dude comes on saying it’s gonna be a wait which I’m fine with. Sat there for literally 10 mins no communication again even after saying hello. I drive off but there is no cars at the window or in pull in just a long line whole time I see employees sitting around inside. I will absolutely be calling corporate, I worked fast food for almost 10 years so I get it’s hard sometimes but zero excuse for wasting 30 mins of my day cause u don’t wanna work. Store manager needs to do something about it for real.

I haven’t had good service or food at this Sonic in at least a year. Thought I would try again today after not going for a long time but not any better and should have known with all the negative reviews. I will find a different one which means driving farther to Austin Bluffs and hoping for the best! Ordered the chocolate covered strawberry shake. Pic in app vs what we got ? no strawberries.
