We've been here several times and have always enjoyed the experience. However, our server last night (Blaine) was rude and dismissive toward us. The rest of your staff was awesome!
Everything about our experience was exceptional. The food is absolutely the highlight (especially the homemade pasta), but the drinks ambiance and service were just as good. With the addition of the 4 course pre-fix menu, it is also the best value in town for fine dining. Definitely becoming our favorite!
We were blown away by the meals we enjoyed here! I had pistachio encrusted sea bass with creamy risotto and my wife had an amazing pasta dish with chicken, artichokes in a pink cream sauce. Both were excellent. One of our best finds in the Springs, but be prepared that it can be loud when full of other diners in this relatively small space.
Amazing food. Great service, wine selection and food. Worth every penny which is something I can't say about a lot of dining experiences lately.
Sarah F. was our Server and she was awesome!! We like this kitchen, the food, the people, the ambiance, ... everything!!
The food was incredible - we did the four course menu, which was a fantastic and delicious value! Our server, Chris, provided a great experience!
The artichoke appetizer, which we've had before, was undercooked this time, tough to eat, but sauce was delicious. Mani course came shortly after appetizer; very poor timing. My wife's lobster with pasta was good, but my carbonara was dry and without much flavor. Our baked Alaska, which we've also had twice before, was a tremendous disappointment. The ice cream/cake was a frozen solid block that a fork couldn't easily penetrate--could have used an ice pick! During the meal our server sloppily poured wine into my wife's glass, spilling some on the table, some splashing out of the glass. No apology from her. Overall, not our best dining experience, although spending $100/person it should have been. We won't be going back anytime soon.
The food was as always incredible! Our server was attentive & took care of every detail to make our experience the best!
Went for the Harvest set dinner for a girls night. Everything was AMAZING. A small message got missed where we called about me being a vegetarian. I felt aweful because it was a set menu and it was clear they didn't get the message. Then the manager came ( I didn't even ask) and was very helpful and Franko made vegetariann specific things for me. Our server Nick was stuper attentive and provided great service throughout the night. Nick, Nickie, and Franco are amazing and over all it was a great experience!
Vegetarian options: The manager went above and beyond to accommodate me as a vegetarian.

I took my wife here for our first date, and now we return multiple times a year even though we live in Denver. The food is excellent and authentic Italian. The service is top notch, so I recommend you try it!

I recently visited Colorado Springs and dined at a local restaurant, Ristorante de Sopra. When the check came I saw that there was an “IF (3%)” item added to the bill. I asked about this and was told that it was an inflation fee.
“I see,” I said. “So the prices on the menu are not the actual prices that you charge?”
“Yes, that’s right.”
“So it’s just sort of a surprise at the end?”
“Well, the owner didn’t want to go through the expense of printing up new menus, so we do this instead.”
I do understand that there is inflation, and I do understand that restaurants run on thin margins, but this practice seems a bit odd to me. I can see doing this ahead of time, perhaps as a small leaflet added to the menu with an explanation of sorts. But afterwards, tucked in at the bottom of the check, without explanation? A number of terms come to mind for this practice: bait and switch, false advertising…how about just plain old dishonesty?
I wrote to the establishment, but I have not yet received a reply. Are other establishments doing this as well? Caveat emptor!
I love Italian food, and was excited to try this place, but it fell short of my expectation. When we arrived for an early dinner we were met with a loud and very disorganized host. He wanted our name, even though there was no waiting for a table, but the waiter that came and took us to our table was very professional. A different waiter came and took our orders, while taking our orders he seemed distracted by what was going on at other tables, turning his attention to other tables while telling us about specific dishes.
Many time during our meal the host came to seat ppl and was very loud, didn’t seem to fit the atmosphere of the restaurant.
The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t what I would have excepted for what we paid. My pasta needed more flavor or salt at least and my husband’s steak, was cooked to perfection, but didn’t have much taste.
