Do not miss this place! Took my husband here for his birthday and we were both wowed. I was raised by Italian Americans and I tend to be very critical of Italian restaurants, but the food at Sopra is excellent! We had the octopus appetizer, the duck ragu pappardelle, the braised beef pasta, the banana pudding cannolis, and the limoncello cheesecake, along with espresso and a latte. Every bite was delicious! The duck ragu was particularly good. We asked our server for a wine recommendation...
Our party of 4 went to celebrate a friend's birthday. Ambiance was good in main dining room. They placed us on the outside enclosed porch which was just ok. We arrived for a 5:30pm reservation and it was not full at all. Waiter was ok but not terribly knowledgeable about menu or wine list. As more guests arrived, our waiter was painfully slow in attending to our table. He'd say he'd be right back and be gone for 25 - 40 minutes at a time. Food was very good but...
A delightful dining experience, we were greeted enthusiastically by the bartender near the entrance! Portions might be too big, but priced fairly especially considering the quality. I liked their wine selection.
