Spill The Tea Springs

Every single thing in the huge menu of variety is absolutely delicious! Way more than just Boba, we got often for the Pho. I absolutely recommend the cheese steak fries!

Today I went through drive through hoping to try this restaurant for the first time. I only ordered a tea. I was then stuck in line for 40 minutes. Instead of asking the car in front of me to pull up to a parking spot, they had them sit in line, physically trapping me in the line. Because of how late I was to where I was going afterwards, I had to just leave once the other car got their order. Unfortunately, I do not have a review on the food or drinks, because I never got my order.
If I return I will be walking in because, in reading other reviews, it looks like the drive through is not really up and running.

Big menu and everything was made fresh! It did take a while to get our food after we ordered, but it was really good.

I had Pho today so my judgement will be on Pho. The combination Pho is really good, to my surprise as i ate Pho whenever i travel and see one to see how authentic they are. This place has excellent Pho, from the soup to the noodle to the meats and vegetable that comes with it.
About service, as customer walks in, no hostess,no greetings. I understand many order boba to go but at least "hi, if you dine in, you can sit any place".
Also, at least ask a dine in customer to see what extra they need? Order more? Refill water?...
Atmosphere, flies. I was bother with 4 flies around my drink and food.
So, food is great, service need to improve. Hard to find a good Vietnamese restaurant outside California but this one is good, come and eat.

We enjoyed a fabulously flavored and presented pre-concert meal here. The grilled beef bao buns were perfectly cooked and flavored with tender beef. The sweet potato fries were surprisingly some of the best we had ever eaten. Boboa tea was all it should be. Beef noodles bowl had wonderful flavor and texture when the accompanying sauce was added. Clean, courteous, and prompt delivery in a casual, counter service type restaurant.

My favorite place to eat! Pho and boba tea is the best combo for any day! ?? Truffle fries... Steak rice plate... Sandwiches... Noodle bowls... Bao buns! ????? Help keep this place here and support them! They even have kids meals!! You can get popcorn chicken and fries with a smoothie for the kids. ?

Low quality images but high quality of food. As a Viet, i was so surprised how authentic the food taste, especially pho & banh mi (it listed as sandwiches on menu). Drinks are on point tooooo, love love love brown sugar milk n the taro one, not remeber what exactly my friend had ordered but the smoothies is good too, highly recommended

As a DoorDash driver with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I can confidently say this restaurant is a complete mess. I waited over 20 minutes for an order, all while observing a chaotic scene. There was only one front-of-house server struggling to manage everything. Orders were coming out one dish at a time, leaving tables with multiple people waiting awkwardly. Guests were searching for silverware, with none stocked at the tables, and not a single surface was wiped down as customers left. To top it off, the kitchen staff spent more time yelling at Alexa than focusing on their work. The whole atmosphere was unprofessional and disorganized. I would never consider bringing my family here.

Thank you for your response. As someone still actively working as a General Manager in the food and beverage industry, I completely understand that every restaurant has its off days. However, based on recent reviews, it seems that there are more challenging days than there should be for you. While I can acknowledge the hard work your server was putting in, it’s clear she needed more support. With a half-full dining room, no food runners, and a busy drive-thru with takeout orders, a manager's presence could have made a big difference for your customers. Times may have changed, but that doesn’t mean the standards for customer service and restaurant management have. They did for a very short period over covid with me but then I got back to a successful standard. Staffing shortages may have been a major issue during COVID, but that’s no longer the case—I know from personal experience that there are plenty of resumes on my desk. I genuinely wish your business success, but with responses like yours, it's hard to see how that will happen. Rather than dismissing critical feedback, try viewing it as an opportunity to improve. Customers appreciate when you acknowledge their concerns, promise to do better, and then actually follow through.
