Great place to grab food or drinks. Get gift cards or even coffee cups. Love this place
Love the gingerbread coffee! Never in my life have I had a chocolate croissant heated. It was wonderful.

I visited a coffee shop in Colorado Springs, and even though it was super busy, everything was so well-organized. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and constantly on the move. They didn’t stop working for a second, yet they still took the time to answer questions and chat with customers. It was really impressive to see how they handled everything so smoothly!

This is the second time I have ordered Starbucks off uber eats from this location and the sticker won’t come off my top and the lid is stuck
Or is hard to pop off I can’t get the sticker unstuck twice this has happened where it has tore on me and got stuck on me or fell in my drink bruhhh
The staff here are always so kind, and the fact that they've been playing brat in store solidified that this is my favorite Starbucks in town.

Your condescending barista waisted 2 minutes of my life explaining "Technologyyy" to me because I showed up right after I placed my online order. There was no one in line so I pulled in to check in and wait, especially being in a hurry and when I got to the window she sat there basically explaining how many customers you guys have and maybe I need to turn on notifications to be notified when my drink is ready. Saying alot of people "don't know about Technologyyyyy". Condescending af and a waste of time and energy. Empty line means I can wait at the window when it says my drink will be done in 3 minutes. I usually have a good experience with her but I don't need my morning ruined because someone woke up and decided to be a you know what. I CHOSE to stop at this location out of 3 locations out of convenience, but that interaction makes me question if I'll be stopping there again.

A "splash" of cream doesn't mean 3 ounces, and you can't do it yourself anymore. Maybe this is one of the reasons many prefer the Starbucks in the King Sooper's next door.
And NO Starbucks, I'm not giving my contact info so you can spam me in exchange for free wifi. Coercion is never a good customer service policy.
Just went there this morning and ordered a decaf caramel frap with oat milk no whip… it was dark so I couldn’t really see that the color wasn’t right… I don’t know what the heck they gave me, but this is not it. I regret leaving a 50% tip. Pretty upsetting because I work an hour away and can’t go back to get it fixed. Really shitty way to start my day and total waste of money. It’s not a hard order, I don’t understand how they could mess it up so bad.

I bought a venti caramel frap and was charged 730 for it but when I was ordering through the app the same thing it comes out almost a dollar cheaper. I saw they charged me 180 as if I was getting 2 extra pumps. I took l and didn’t want to keep haggling over being charged too much. I post this for being ripped off and an incompetent employee. I used to go to that place ALL the time for my morning coffee but I guess no more.
