The old lady that works there needs to be fired! Unreasonably rude to my PREGNANT wife, then proceeds to push the drinks towards us with attitude. I should’ve not paid for the drinks and have it taken out of her paycheck. Absolutely unacceptable!

The Starbucks within this location needs serious customer service work. Almost every single interaction I have had with the workers has been negative. They are outwardly rude for no reason, have tons of attitude and often have even told us we can’t order because they are closed when the hours clearly state they’re open until 7. We tried to order at 6pm one time after shopping and the worker quite literally huffed and puffed and said, “okay order I guess but we are closing everything already so a lot of stuff won’t be available.” with an extreme amount of attitude, so we just left. Today, my husband and I walked to the store to order some drinks because we live so close and when I very nicely ordered my drink the woman very rudely (and incorrectly might I add) tried to ‘correct’ my order as if I did not know how to order a drink I have ordered and MADE numerous times in the past. I worked for Starbucks for 3 years, I know how drinks are made and put together, as well as the correct way to order them. She was entirely wrong in her ‘correction’ and to be outwardly rude about it as well was ridiculous. I am seriously appalled by the staff here and the quality of service. Please do something about the training and customer service here.

I came in for the same thing I always come in for a large frappe with the cup lined and a double smoked sandwich and I ask for my bacon to be cooked on the side and Ali the serve was really impatient with me and my sandwich was cooked all sideways and the cheese was totally missing when you work in a position when you need to communicate with customers it typically helps to not be so rude and impatient the sandwich was expensive to not have one of the only two things in the sandwich pretty bummed out!

Picked a Caramel frappuccino for my husband, brought it home, then he tells me that it is super sweet. I tasted it, all it was, was syrup and cream with a caramel no coffee...did she forget? Or maybe just doesn't care.

The girls at this Starbucks, located inside Safeway, are always so great. Fast ,friendly, nice ,professional! They should all get a pay raise !!! I was very disappointed ,that their cappuccino machine was down ,the repairman was trying to fix it ,unfortunately I couldn't get my latte ,hoping it will be fixed soon and wondering why Starbucks can't afford to put another machine in there . With their CEO making over %?$100 000 ,I think they could afford it !!!

Is not the best place to take a goodies or my favorites or they run out because they are froze (24 hours to defrost ??for piece bread ?♀️ ) or the have to close to stock up of items ... o but they do have time to keep smoking out side ..
Just came through the drive thru and our server was lovely, she was super nice and got our order correct and all, the only negative thing is that we live only like 2 miles away but by the time we got home my husbands coffee was cold, like refrigerator cold? Like they did half coffee half milk or something! I was thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding of some sort there, idk..Very strange, but the frappicinos were awesome!
