Just came through the drive thru and our server was lovely, she was super nice and got our order correct and all, the only negative thing is that we live only like 2 miles away but by the time we got home my husbands coffee was cold, like refrigerator cold? Like they did half coffee half milk or something! I was thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding of some sort there, idk..Very strange, but the frappicinos were awesome!

Went to the Starbucks in this Safeway today. (It's my favorite location...they make the best drinks) There was a lady in front of me who was having a little bit of hard time, and Jodi (who works in the Starbucks) was so nice and patient with her. Great Starbucks and the nicest people who work there.

This Starbucks is located inside of safeway. The Barista must have been new because she didn't know how to ring me up. The other one was training her I'm guessing. She was kind of rude to the trainee. It took longer than it should have for my order which b wasn't very good.
Staff is always so respectful and efficient. Never an issue with my orders.

Went on a Sunday morning. About half a dozen people, one working. Management was shooting the bull, Starbucks was, who knows what but was not serving coffee,...eventually customer services was called to Starbucks after the line got too long and they lady behind the counter who seemed to be doing nothing customer related had too many customers to do nothing.

Lots of hair in this place ! yes HAIR ! Alexia the MANAGER literally didn’t care that I received cold OLD coffee today ! On top of that I had HAIR in my ice coffee ! These people are a joke and super freaking disgusting! Clean up the place and take showers before work you are working with food you idiots !
