I come here almost every morning. I get my kid a cake pop and myself various drinks but I usually get a melon burst iced energy. Usually always great, good service. But TODAY- my peace of mind has been destroyed. I went to take a drink and it was kind of weird- there was two holes in the lid and I looked and found lip marks there AND whip cream in the lid too. The melon burst doesn’t have whip cream in it. So- I’m now freaking out about being exposed to something serious and I’m scared to even kiss my baby because I don’t want her exposed to anything. Everyone I’ve told (the contact us portion and the person on site) just said sorry for the inconvenience. This is more than an inconvenience- this is a health hazard. A biohazard if you will. Fingers crossed, but if I catch something… I don’t know what I’ll do.

Just went there this morning. I ordered two items. They explained one drink already came with oatmeal so I said ok that’s fine I’ll just get the item that’s on your menu. Their reply we don’t know what’s on the menu. How ya gonna tell me how one is made and make an argument out of it if you don’t even know what’s on the menu. Blew my mind. Wasn’t gonna sit and argue with incompetent people this morning. I told them nevermind and got a smart mouth byeeee from the female worker. Gave two stars for effort. Wasn’t lack of trying on their part to be jerks.

I have been to many locations in my day and this location I had doubts about. But let me tell you... I'm impressed by everyone working there. Sunday mid morning crew was fast efficient pleasant. Had about six ish ladies working and my food was good and my drink being a little "extra" was perfect. It shows great management which makes a great team. Keep it up Maya

I ordered my normal matcha drink and it wasn't filled up all the way. When I questioned it, the manager on duty came to the window and was really rude and tried telling me this is how the drink is when there is light ice. I order the same drink everyday and it's never not full. Extremely rude, terrible service and I paid $6 for a drink that's not even full. A complete waste. I won't return to this location anymore.

Dori and their team did an amazing job! I had a complicated order and wasn't sure what to order. They were patient and informed me of my dairy-free options. They stay slammed but never lost their cool. Great environment and great crew!!
This location is my favorite! I've been coming here for over 12 years and the staff have always been super cheerful and nice. They have knowledge and great recommendations for substitutions when seasonal items are gone. My order has never been messed up here either.
I will drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks. The drinks are always made correctly and in a timely manner. The customer service is always excellent. The baristas didn’t know I was having a rough morning, but just from their friendly conversation about Lake George and the cute stickers they put on my kids drinks, they changed my whole morning into a better one. 10/10
