First, I rarely go to this location. During this trip, my order was prepared wrong. I thought it was coconut milk that may have got added so I went back through to explain and the barista sounded very annoyed and when they remade it they were pretty condescending. I took the one they remade and it tasted the same but they made that a super painful experience so I wasn’t going to start again. I actually had my neighbor take a taste when I got home and he said it tasted and smelled like spoiled milk. When I smelled it, I could see what he meant. Waste of $7.

Just give the employees a decent raise!!! People really don't want to strike, but they must feel like they need to. Starbucks has lots of competition. Don't ruin your reputation by being so stubborn.

They just always mess up your order :/ I always order pretty simple stuff and more than half of the time they get it wrong. One time they even remade it three times because they kept making it wrong. The workers are always polite but just feels like they don’t really care about getting it right, they just want to get you in and out even while not busy.

Please explain to me why they have a rainbow flag and that's okay but when I asked if they could hang an American flag they told me no. Disheartening to see the hate against the flag but want the respect for the other.

We got coffees from this location all week while on our vacation, and while they were always pretty fast, our shaken espressos were never shaken and our breakfast sandwiches weren’t warm. Seems like they were only fast because they were in a hurry. I’d wait an extra minute for these to issues to be resolved, especially considering the amount of money we’ve spent here this week.

Very very slow, probably the slowest Starbucks in town. I ordered 2 drinks and it took 40 minutes. There were only 2 people in line in front of me. I understand there are cafe, mobile, and drive through orders but 40 minutes is outrageous when there are 8 workers. And there were glues everywhere which is not ideal to see.

Zoey was absolutely amazing! I redeemed my birthday coupon and she helped me with questions I had and made recommendations. The whole team was fantastic and someone had written happy birthday on my cup and a ton of stars. It felt extra special!
