Ordered my beverage and drink, then worked on my laptop for thirty minutes. There were only about four people inside the store. Went to use the restroom before leaving and its locked. With my laptop in hand, I approach the counter to get the bathroom code. I encounter the same employee who took my order. She then snarkly asked are you going to buy something. I told her I did order a drink and a bagel from you about an half an hour ago. She gives me a look like she does not beleive me and grudgingly gives me the code. Riduculously rude customer service. As a long time Starbucks customer, this is only the second time I have encountered completely subpar service.

Went thru drive-thru. Employee never took order as I sat waiting for 5 or more min. When I drove to window she berated me for being confused at the silence and wait. Will not return. This employee should be fired.

I go to this location pretty much every weekday. Service is always fantastic, and my lattes are always perfect. Khaled (not sure if I spelled that right) is very personable and friendly, and always greets me by name when I pull up to the drive-thru order box.

I cant believe hat they denied water to my son when I am a frequent customer.
Caleb is amazing!! He’s been my barista multiple times and always has such a beautiful energy about him. He is the reason people don’t think twice about tipping their barista. He truly is the picture of what customer service should look like. I pass 3 different Starbucks nearest to me to go to the Nevada location because of him and the way the rest of the staff there carry themselves. As someone who has been in the service industry for 15 years, it is so nice to see the same amount of care that I put in to customer service reciprocated. He made my day today and said some positive words to me that I absolutely needed. Whatever he’s getting paid it ain’t enough.

Purposefully waited awhile before going back in hopes of the extra unwanted flirting woman to be gone. No Sadly still there. Will not be going back to this startbucks. You don't have to act like u want to sleep with people to get tips.

12-24-24 Great job! I had a small complaint about the beverage my wife ordered. I spoke to a gentleman and explained what I needed and he took care of it with a smile 😁. After he gave it to me he said it should taste much better.
I tried the drink in front of him... He was right 👍. Great service and confidence in his knowledge to make it correctly.

Caleb is amazing!! He’s been my barista multiple times and always has such a beautiful energy about him. He is the reason people don’t think twice about tipping their barista.
