I'm always at Starbucks. Today I couldn't find the pure barre location for my workout and desperately needed to use the restroom. Your bathrooms are locked, before I was given the code, I was asked if I was planning on ordering something. For the hundreds of dollars I have spent at Starbucks it's ridiculous. I won't use this location again. Give your customers a code. For your reference in workout gear and well put together. 💋 my money goodbye. Also the restroom wasn't that clean.

Came for coffees on a nice evening date with my love. Kaleb was very nice and personable at the front counter. He laughed at my ridiculously corny jokes and he recommended the new cinnamon pull aparts. He heated them and served them on plates for us and it was the perfect ending to our date. Thanks, Kaleb!!!

I ordered a large blonde white mocha. My normal order. I usually go to a different location and its always full with a very small layer of whip at the top. Ive also ordered here and never had to problem I had today. Today they fill my LARGE cup barely above half and put a ton of whip. My fiance gets back home with my drink and I go back to get a proper large and they do the exact same thing. Maybe even a bit less. I will never come here again. I talk to the manager and she was extremely unconcerned with the quality of the drink I ordered and just shrugged it off. This place has lost my business and I will spread the word to anyone I know about this experience. Right pic is the first drink, left is the remake. This is UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, YOU GUYS SUCK AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE.

Arrived at store 40 minutes before closing only to be told they were only doing mobile orders. What a joke. Your place is losing a lot of money
This location is slow and rude. It's a small thing, but I came with my wife, they scanned her app, and then my wife asked if she could pay with points. The short haired woman working drive thru (didn't catch her name), rather than a simple response agreed, and then in a testy tone lectured my wife that she needs to tell her first next time.
Update October 29, 2025: It has been several months since this review and I haven't been back to this location, that's how annoyed I was by the situation.
My issue with this is that she didn't do her own job of asking first, and then she rudely lectured my wife. All of this after we waited 10 or 15 for them to get through only two cars in front of us.
I doubt we'll be back to this location, I suggest you don't bother with it either.

If I could give this zero stars while leaving a review, I would, Every time I go to this location, I encounter a rude employee, Whether it be the lady with the Blonde curly hair or whoever took my order in the drive-through today, I was told her name was Hannah, I normally get the same exact drink every single time that I go to Starbucks and It is always Exactly $4.60, But today I asked if I could get the cream to the top because normally they only fill it halfway because “ It costs more to fill it to the top”, Am I not already paying for the cream to be put in?, Anyway, I’m ordering today and they told me they’re gonna have to charge me for a latte if I want it filled to the top and I’m like OK Which doesn’t make sense, but whatever, so they charge me for a latte don’t even put half-and-half that I ordered into my drink and my drink was almost 8 dollars! That’s insane! I get the same thing every single time and you’re telling me that you charged me for double of what I got and didn’t even give me what I wanted!?, Like come on, And every single time I come to this location, my coffee taste burnt. The Espresso tastes bad Like they’re not calibrating the machine Or cleaning it when they’re supposed to, Multiple times I have gone to this location and had my drink taste so bad that I went to another location to get fixed, And the other Starbucks is would ask me oh where did you get this out and I would tell them oh the one on University village, and they would always laugh and say that makes sense, This Starbucks sucks, A lot of the employees are rude. They take forever to make your drinks. There was one time I came and got a match and it took 30 minutes for them to make me my Matcha, It takes five minutes max! And there was nobody inside.

Employees are rude. Don't acknowledge people that walk in or that are waiting for mobile orders, longest wait ever for 1 drink. Have to make a purchase to use the bathroom is the dumbest thing ever. While I was waiting a young man asked to use the bathroom and was told nope.. make a purchase. This young man was not homeless or causing trouble. I will not support this place again.

I sat to take some work calls for about 45 mins and was told the place was for customers only. I am a VERY regular customer of Starbucks and planned on getting food when I got a break, but I certainly won't be now. I have worked at many Starbucks while I travel and have NEVER been told to leave unless I order something now.

Line is not moving. I would have to run over the big curb and tons of plants to escape so to be nice I am sitting here not moving. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CUSTOMER OR A PROBLEM ORDER MOVE THEM OUT OF THE WAY AND GET TO OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Normally the visit here has been fine every time I’ve done drive thru orders, but being told to go inside after today’s drive thru order after finishing a quick shopping tip nearby while having almost been hit more than once leaving the lobby by a car compared to the drive-thru where people leave me a whole car spacing I’ll be changing the location I head to. I get safety concerns but when it was visible how far the car behind me was (easily 6ft) it’s a bit unwarranted and dumb. Guess the briargate location gets my money compared to one right by neighborhood.

I go to this location quite a bit. I often sit in for a couple hours and study. The staff is always friendly! The place is always cleanly and the line moves fast.
