I go to this location pretty much every weekday. Service is always fantastic, and my lattes are always perfect. Khaled (not sure if I spelled that right) is very personable and friendly, and always greets me by name when I pull up to the drive-thru order box.

Caleb is amazing!! He’s been my barista multiple times and always has such a beautiful energy about him. He is the reason people don’t think twice about tipping their barista. He truly is the picture of what customer service should look like. I pass 3 different Starbucks nearest to me to go to the Nevada location because of him and the way the rest of the staff there carry themselves. As someone who has been in the service industry for 15 years, it is so nice to see the same amount of care that I put in to customer service reciprocated. He made my day today and said some positive words to me that I absolutely needed. Whatever he’s getting paid it ain’t enough.

Purposefully waited awhile before going back in hopes of the extra unwanted flirting woman to be gone. No Sadly still there. Will not be going back to this startbucks. You don't have to act like u want to sleep with people to get tips.

12-24-24 Great job! I had a small complaint about the beverage my wife ordered. I spoke to a gentleman and explained what I needed and he took care of it with a smile 😁. After he gave it to me he said it should taste much better.
I tried the drink in front of him... He was right 👍. Great service and confidence in his knowledge to make it correctly.
They wouldn't refill my cup with just hot water. Said it's used as a weapon.. But they will give me a cup of hot coffee. DUH!!!!!

Food is good, would be better if I could eat it all. One butter packet is not enough for a full bagel. If this is policy, its cheap and should be changed. $10 for a drink and a bagel, I think you can afford two butter packets.
They have good customer service but if the ingredients are listed on the cup on what to put in it. Then they should follow it. And then even though they made that mistake they put the cup back there with them and they didn’t even start remaking it. Until the person who checked me out first and she made it her self. They even gave me the wrong bagel

Ordered through the drive through after a long wait. Tried my coffee and it was the wrong order. Called for a refund and they said I’d have to come back. After waiting 20 mins in the drive through line there’s no way I can after halfway to my destination. Not sure what the point of using the app is if I can’t get refund when given the wrong order. I won’t be back. There’s plenty of coffee shops with shorter lines and better service.

I’m very upset because after I had ordered a couple drinks, I asked for hot water to make my very fussy newborn baby a warm bottle, they refused. After spending money here, I would have expected an alternative. They said hot water is used as a weapon. They can serve hot coffee, but not hot water? This is the first location that has denied me hot water to feed my child. The lady at the register was the one who denied me and my husband. She was very rude to my husband. Please train the staff or offer alternatives. There’s a thing called conflict resolution.
