Crazy that if you don’t tip after buying a 10 dollar drink that you immediately get an attitude. And when you do tip, you don’t get a thank you or any sign of appreciation.

The coffee was fine, it's Starbucks, and the service was good and quick too. But if you plan to stay & enjoy your cup, wear your long underwear & heavy coat, bring your hat and gloves too, holy moly it's cold in here. I think it's colder inside than our, and it's about to snow out. I tried moving tables & that didn't even help. I had to leave and walk over to Panera to warm up. Ended up hanging out at Panera as it was much more comfortable and they have WiFi. Sorry Starbucks, but were you planning to hang meat in there or something?

Best Starbucks I’ve been too in the Springs so far! I went in on my birthday to claim my free drink and the barista who helped was hyping me up on my birthday. She was super cool and nice. It was just such a positive experience and they got my drink out within a minute. Great customer service!

I get Starbucks... I really do... but I feel (or at least it felt like it to me) that they are usually a bit frosty until "You answer a couple questions'... i.e. put in your tip line) The "cp\ouple questions" is rapidly becoming tedious... I have zero problem tipping and well, but when it's expected in a drive-thru... meet, nope. Was still a decent latte though! The average Starbucks barista, is a ways ahead of minimum wage. To get a frown when 10-15% is tipped is unacceptable.

Nice convenient spot for a meeting. Service was fast and relatively friendly, the cafe was crowded but was able to find a table in the corner to sit at. Good location in University Village, lots of students around.

I just feel like the employee at the counter is only nice until I tip. They’re not working for customer service, they’re working just to get that extra tip. It’s awkward paying and tipping them before you get your order prepared.

I can’t express how much I love this location and specifically Joss! She recognizes me from my voice everytime I come through the drive-thru and makes my day! She has excellent customer service and is the soul reason I drive extra to go to this location over any other! The rest of the staff is very kind, interactive, and never fail to make me feel good when I leave! Although the prices are steep, I never leave without a great coffee, food, and experience! Thank you Joss for making my day a little bit better everytime I see you!
