This is the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
It’s only bad service because the poor woman behind the counter needs help! A new updated look inside, but the customer service is still painfully bad. One person behind a Starbucks counter?….I was ready to get out of line, but the couple in front of me bailed after a long wait….Come on management! Get with it..

Went in this morning to do some quick shopping, get coffee and a bite to eat. A couple was in front of me in line and ordered. The staff member who was working (0700 morning of 5/23) took their order. After taking their order she asked me to wait while she made their order before taking mine. There’s no reason why anyone should have to wait to place an order, especially when theirs only one other order ahead of you. It’s simple multi tasking. Take their order, take my order and make them in the order they were received. Needless to say after 5 minutes I walked away. Everyone’s time is valuable. The labor issues in this country and with companies like Starbucks is a real issue.

I usually don't care for Starbucks but my daughter really wanted to use her money and go there. We had the absolute best customer experience that we've had in just about any place of business in a very long time. The barista, Tim, was pleasant, happy, funny, and joyful. He gave each customer undivided attention, talked with them, and made the experience of buying a beverage feel like we were rock stars.I saw him with the people in line before us, as well as after us, and he treated customers of all ages and demographics the same as equally important and valued.Any business, who is fortunate to have employees like Tim represent them are providing customers a fantastic experience who will come back time and time again! My 14 year Old and I talked about what a treat it was to be around someone who spreads joy and lights up the world. Thank you Tim for providing an exceptional customer experience and brighten our day.? your enthusiasm and energy for life are contagious!
I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Starbucks. Often, there will be no staff as they will be on the back. There’s been at least one occasion when my order has been incomplete. Yesterday, during operating hours they were closed. Despite all of this, I have overall good experiences here.
Always a favorite! Baristas are really nice and will definitely brighten your day.

The entire staff have been great and very friendly!
I love my drinks every time. I go every Monday and always see a young lad, he is very nice. Someone told me his name was William. So you should give him a raise :)
Maybe put your no seating signs so they can be seen before someone sits down. Maybe removing the chairs would be a good idea.
I mean what can ya say, it's a starbucks. You know what you're getting into. My go-to is a venti matcha green tea latte.
