I never go to Starbucks, but greatly needed some espresso and was just trying to run in. A young man was just going on his break but said he would be happy to help me before he went on his break – this very tired mom is very glad he did! Great service.

I've been using this location for years a treat after shopping at KS. The staff has always been great but lately its been exceptional. I'm a senior who also is a full time caregiver to my adult son who is intellectually disabled. As he ages his anxiety in public places has worsened making it difficult for me to spend to much time shopping. So I only shop for produce and easy to get to items and I'm able to do that because of the employees at Starbucks. He looks upon entering and if the employees see him they wave. This brief interaction relaxes him. He rushes through the store just so he can go to Starbucks no matter the temp outside to get his hot chocolate and see his " friends". He doesn't say much but to see his face during our visit says it all. Yesterday Sara called us family and he spoke about it all day. The people who work there I hope they know how much they mean to us. Because of the way they interact with him we've recommended this Starbuck's to others even if they don't shop at KS.

My daughter & I go to Starbucks quite often and always order the same thing. We known to expect a price difference from store to store but it’s usually within 40 cents. No biggie. Yesterday we stopped here to grab the same drink and she tried to charge me an extra $6.40? Then proceeded to tell me that all Starbucks is that are inside King Soopers or Safeway are cheaper than stand alone ones. I asked her if maybe she had a Ranan wrong and she proceeded to tell me that no everything was correct and not the drink was almost $13. For one drink? We decided to pass and we drove down the street to another Starbucks and the drink was 6.60? i’m confused on how two stores can be so much different but less than a mile apart. I think whoever was working isn’t properly trained on the register.

Used to go there a lot when i first moved from Chicago, great staff and Management with Christina and all the other staff are excellent, coffee is awesome and if i don't know exactly what i want they know by just explaining to them..There's another Christina there that I've known there from 15 or 16 months ago, she's pretty cool, fast and knows everything...I only really know those two Christina's from going in so much...They're both awesome and cool...Probably the best Starbucks around the Colorado Springs area since i left Chicago Ill...
