Normally I don't go to Starbucks anymore, but I was having a rough morning and running late. ALLISON did a great job of taking my order. Even when I messed it up by ordering the wrong thing, she gave the warmest smile. Great customer service.
I never go to Starbucks, but greatly needed some espresso and was just trying to run in. A young man was just going on his break but said he would be happy to help me before he went on his break – this very tired mom is very glad he did! Great service.
I've been using this location for years a treat after shopping at KS. The staff has always been great but lately its been exceptional. I'm a senior who also is a full time caregiver to my adult son who is intellectually disabled. As he ages his anxiety in public places has worsened making it difficult for me to spend to much time shopping. So I only shop for produce and easy to get to items and I'm able to do that because of the employees at Starbucks. He looks...
