I attempted to order a large iced vanilla chai latte without ice. Bianca tells me "I'm not allowed to give you no ice, I can give you light ice". I said "you can, I've had it here before." She says "Its not offered here". I said "it is, it comes out cold already, all you have to do is mix it up, you know what never mind I'll go to the other one. Please hire people that actually want to work and if you are actually worried about the amount of product being used vs the cost....shame on you.

My wife asked and paid for a large blonde roast. They gave her a medium and when she brought it to me it was revealed that she had paid for the large! I want my large coffee!!!
