I’ve worked by this location for years now, I used to come almost everyday, simply because the team was great! I went from going 4/5 times a week to now once or twice a month. The morning team of Bailey and Kiley are amazing, but if for some reason Joan is there I abort mission. She never is in a good mood and my drink never tastes right so I’ve began to avoid it, it’s too expensive if it’s never made right.

I don't usually go to Starbucks but love this location and it's team! Always respectful, kind, prompt and genuinely friendly and happy . They're always kind to my child and make her happy. It's a great team and location . Makes shopping easier especially when I need my caffeine. Thank you.

I want to share that Jae really makes my day! She is so happy that she makes me smile.I like that there are occasionally samples and cool deals. Yum!Honestly, all of the staff there is nice that I keep trying to give them a tip, but apparently, they're not allowed to get tips ... I think, because it's in the King Soopers. A morning radio show was talking about how it throws you that you can't always tip folks. Since I can't give her a tip, I'll give her a happy shout out! Thanks, Jae!There are only 3 tables ... maybe it's just the time I go there, but I've always been able to find a place to sit when I need it.There's a Pokemon Go gym within easy access to this Starbucks.

This is my fave Starbucks in town by far. The customer service from one young man is phenomenal, and that would be Bailey of course! ? I come at least every other day cus I work crossed the parking lot and I don't even have to tell him my order, he's got it down by memory. Even down to the fact that I drink my hot drink with a straw which I love and appreciate so much! I'm usually in a rush so I'm not late for work and I rarely am waiting longer than a minute or two. Also my order is always on point and just how I like it. I do not however like the fact that I can not tip Bailey, that needs to change no matter what their wage is they deserve to be tipped. And it's my money if I want to give it to Bailey to show appreciation I should be able to! Bailey you rock, don't ever change bud!!!

really rating this one star,staff was so rude that when I tried to place an order they wouldn't even acknowledge that I was talking to them, not so much as a I will help you in a moment. I am low vision so when I head the barista helping the person in front of me I asked where the line was so that I could make sure I didn't cut the line. I wanted a coffee while my husband shopped. They went from talking to the person ahead of me to absolute silence, despite me asking if I was in the line or in the wrong spot. Not once did they say a single word to me. I knew the barista was there because they had just been talking to the person ahead of me, so why did they not at least say one second. When my husband returned to find me frustrated he pointed out that They also put highly religious sayings on the chalkboard - its a coffee shop not a church.-10000 would not reccomend.

We normally have a great experience here when my husband and I come, but this morning there was a different girl, Faith, working. She was rude and not friendly to either of us. I get that we all have bad days, but when you're in a customer oriented position, you shouldn't project that onto your customers. Again, any other day it would have been 5? but not this morning.
