Lately, I've been skipping going to Starbucks & have been making my coffee at home. I worked at Starbucks for over 5 years, so I can reproduce a good latte anytime. The one drink I don't make at home is a White Mocha & while running errands I decided I'd stop for one. The service was great, as usual & I enjoyed going inside to order. The atmosphere is usually positive & clean. Where my review drops to 3 's is price & quality. I have found that a Venti with the typical 2 shots is weak & tastes like sweet milk with a splash of espresso. In order to have an enjoyable drink, I have to order a Quad Venti, Breve White Mocha. When I was advised my total was $10.22 for that one beverage, I was stunned. I paid, drank my drink, which was good & essentially vowed that I won't be returning. I had recently ordered a very similar beverage from a local coffee shop for about $2.50 less. I understand that the items I add have cost, but I feel Starbucks is really overshooting what they're charging. I'll reduce my visits & start checking out local coffee shops in my area.

Usually good, but lately I have been ordering a chai with 2 shots of espresso only to get no espresso in my drink at all.. has happened twice in one week, and being on my way to work, I don't always have time to turn around to get the drink remade. Upsetting to pay $8 for a drink and not get what you paid for.

I went to this location and used a gift card. The young girl at the drive through if I wanted the card back as it had no balance left, so I said no. When I met up with a friend right after that we were talking and and she mentioned that the same thing happened at the same location a month earlier and they kept her gift card balance. So I went to look at my receipt and there was also a balance left on mine as well! I believe she ran the gift card again and put it in her pocket. Not cool! My friend didn't say anything but I will. That is not okay. And I called three days in a row to talk to the manager who "just left" each time. So I emailed corporate and still have not heard a word back from them.
I feel like this location is unique. The staff is especially friendly and patient. They are extremely helpful too. It didn’t feel like other stores that feel so chaotic. I appreciate it.

This one is one of best I've been to. Service is good and they never are pushing for a tip which makes me feel a little better than going to Dutch or other locations where I feel they are very assertive about it.
