Went thru the drive thru on 9-10 at 10:49 in the morning. Their espresso machines were down...again. This has been going on for over a week. We adjusted our order and received undrinkable coffees. Though this Starbucks is the closest, we will be going elsewhere in the future.

If you’re ordering ahead DO NOT GO HERE. They have the lobby closed but still have mobile ordering available. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead as we still had to wait in a long drive thru line. Once we received our order it was wrong and we had to wait for them to remake the drink they messed up. Even after I got my drink remade they only filled up the cup 3/4 of the way…This is not the location to go to for convenience or accuracy.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate. The process for mobile order is a inconvenience when it’s promoted to be the most convenient pick up and go with no wait. Now you have too wait in a long line that makes you late for work and you cant even pickup a Starbucks for child in route to school because the lines are so long. As a corporation this should be reviewed and revised for the customers that spends time of money on coffee daily. The store should be open or at least a process for mobile orders it’s so ridiculous and bad customer service.

Asked my friend to get me a simple iced coffee with milk. Had to take it back bc it had sugar. Was then mansplained by the barista that all their milk has sugar and next time I have to specify no sugar. He then went on to tell me that my friend asked for double sugar double cream, which the label on my cup just said ice coffee, milk. Then was handed the wrong coffee again with double cream.I gave up. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just listen. But he needed to be right, and I didn’t want to start a fight with a guy in good service.Honestly, just disappointed and sad that I had to leave work to get a correct order that was still incorrect.

Super friendly staff! Always making quick conversation and complimenting you when going through the drive through. They are super quick even during the morning rush. I can always count on them!

This is the 4th time in a row this Starbucks has gotten my drink wrong. This location will screw up a black drip. If you pay this much for coffee, you'd expect it to be somewhat close to what you order. I will drive further to another Starbucks from now on.

Sick and tired of these companies not caring about delivery drivers. If you're going to have the LOBBY CLOSED you could at least keep it open for delivery drivers. We don't get paid by the hour like the workers there but obviously they could care less.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE. If I could review this lower, I would. I'm a loyal Starbucks fan - I go about 4 times a week. This particular location has closed their lobby and only functions through the drive thru. All good handling that.... Except THEY HAVEN'T TURNED MOBILE ORDERING OFF. That means when you put in an order and show up, you still have to wait in the same time consuming drive thru line. I made this mistake a while back and called them to tell them I couldn't wait any longer and they didn't offer to refund or send me to another store or anything. Just took my money and made me late to work.

This will be my new coffe spot. Dante and Spencer were amazing today and I think they need a raise. I had quite an episode with Manitou location this afternoon. I have been going to manitou for 2 mos every day and everyday it is something. I wa so upset because I had enough and drove across town to get me a dang coffee. That is when I met Dante and Spencer they helped me feel better and were Super Super kind to me and also made my coffee beautifully. I can't thank you guys enough for all you did today. I will see you two Sweethearts again.❤❤❤

Average. Not bad but not great. The food and beverages are solid as they are across the chain. But this location is drive thru only... and the staff was overwhelmed with the volume so seemed a bit short and snippy. If you need your caffeine fix on the way to work, they deliver. If you want to enjoy your time and relax, head for another location like the Starbucks at Union and Boulder. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to use my Sip Sustainably cup, again drive thru only.

Not a huge wait, I got the strawberry acai with peach juice and extra sweet cold foam. Swirl it a bit but pretty good.

I love every employee here. The coffee is always amazing. I have to say specifically, today, their was a woman at the window in the drive through window, she was the sweetest with her compliments, I loved her energy and I want her to know she's an amazing human being. I wish I asked her what her name was. I'd describe her as, her hair was in a bun, but she had beautiful colors in her hair! Sweet kind eyes and a sweet face. Thank you for making my day! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️To help with her memory of who I was, I had pink prescription glasses with curly hair and smelled like essential oils, which is what she was loving the smell of on me. Thanks for the love!

I always have the best experience at this location. The drinks are usually made correctly and I enjoy my interactions with Jamie, they are always so friendly and anytime I see them at the window I leave with a smile :) Thank you for being you Jamie!!!
