We had every item in our order correct and everything tasted great as always. Jordan was very nice and friendly to us in the drive thru!

Took me way too long to write this. This store is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are friendly and eager to serve with a smile. The management has established a great environment for customers and the staff and it shows! Unparalleled customer service. The manager is very responsive to all aspects of their store. The drinks are of the highest quality and if they should happen to make a mistake it is corrected on the spot. If you are a Karen, I find it hard to believe you can complain about this place but go ahead and try. If I could give more stars I would.

I have placed a mobile order and it was the wrong location so I called the store to cancel and refund me for my coffee and the employee that I have spoke to basically lied and said the refund is processing. I checked a few days later and nothing pending on my bank account. So then I called the store and spoke to Daisy saying that Iāll have to go inside the store to get a refund or call corp.
they should train their employees more in being more knowledgeable of their policies especially for a place that you WORK FOR.
I understand that everyone can have an off dayāit happens. But during my visit today, I walked in and received no greeting. That alone I can overlook. I took a seat to look over the menu and later walked up to the register. I stood there for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment.
A group of preteens then came in, and suddenly staff were alert, smiling, and greeted them immediately with, āWelcome in.ā Only after that did someone finally approach the register to take my order.
This kind of inconsistency is disappointing. Iām not asking anyone to ādo better,ā but I do think customer service shouldnāt be something thatās selectively applied.

Great staff at this location. Very friendly and remembered me after 1 visit. (Been there three mornings this week while visiting from out of state and was recognized each morning after the first)
I waited 17 minutes for 3 drinks and ended up
Leaving ā¦..I didnāt even ask for a refundā¦.there were at least 10 people waiting ahead of me still and I could not wait any longer. I get stores are busy and I usually have good service here but today service was off and I donated $17.00
Katt did a great job! She was so kind and patient when dealing with an escalated customer in front of me. She also made my drink great!
The worst Starbucks location ever . We waited 15 minutes for two cups of coffee . We also gave them a tip. Donāt go here if youāre in a time crunch.
They dropped the drink I like and did not provide the second part of the order that I ask fpr.
