Went in to inquire about hiring and a job position. The girl that “helped” me was very blunt and rude then walked away from me when she was done dealing with me. Never had a good experience with this location. Very sad.

Customer service is awful. The woman for the drive thru speaker and the guy at the window were very unpleasant. The bacon on my sandwich looks like it’s bad so I didn’t risk eating it. Terrible, never coming to this Starbucks again, there are plenty of others. I’m going to spread the word too so people don’t waste their time and money.

I ordered a grande drink with cold foam and there was 1/3 of the cup with the actual drink and the rest cold foam. That doesn’t include the entire cup of ice. I had maybe 3 small sips of the actual drink. My breakfast sandwich was also cold and tasted like it had freezer burn. Very disappointing.

Coffee is way too strong, but I do love the mint, lemon, honey tea. They don’t show the vanilla scones, but they usually have them.

Had the worst experience at this location. One of their store managers, Alexis, forgot to give me my food item and we didn’t notice until we were gone. After calling her regarding this, she says oh yeah it’s on our counter. She gave me attitude and said she can’t refund me and the only thing I can do is go to another Starbucks and get another one. She was rude and after I asked for her name, she gave it to me and hung up on me!!! I think that pissed me off more than any of it. Just awful customer service. I called customer service and complained they said she could’ve refunded the transaction to make it right but chose not to. Obviously she was younger and inexperienced.

Gentleman at the drive-thru clearly did not want to be there. My family will just get drinks where they won't rush us at 3pm on a Wed afternoon in a dead drive-thru, and then solicit a tip.I always tipped (someone made those drinks), but he should not be the face of this location. The customer service will not motivate customers to come back.

Mobile ordered at 0801. Arrived to an empty cup, proceeded to wait 20 mins before I left without coffee I paid for.
