Had the worst experience at this location. One of their store managers, Alexis, forgot to give me my food item and we didn’t notice until we were gone. After calling her regarding this, she says oh yeah it’s on our counter. She gave me attitude and said she can’t refund me and the only thing I can do is go to another Starbucks and get another one. She was rude and after I asked for her name, she gave it to me and hung up on me!!! I think that pissed me off more than any of it. Just awful customer service. I called customer service and complained they said she could’ve refunded the transaction to make it right but chose not to. Obviously she was younger and inexperienced.

Gentleman at the drive-thru clearly did not want to be there. My family will just get drinks where they won't rush us at 3pm on a Wed afternoon in a dead drive-thru, and then solicit a tip.I always tipped (someone made those drinks), but he should not be the face of this location. The customer service will not motivate customers to come back.

Second day in a row where my chai tea latte was straight steamed water. The other day they put ice in my nitro cold brew. This starbucks is never consistent.

A bit disappointed lately. I work in one of the complexes near this Starbies so I make trips often. There are a few employees that are just lovely and I get people have bad days but there are also people who consistently seem to hate being there and lack customer service. I have worked in the industry in some form my entire life, I get we all have bad days.I tip. Make sure I’m not asking too much and order directly off menu without customizations, smile, thank, etc.I ordered. Grande PSL. I usually get a tall but felt wild today.This is what I received. If the whipped cream is taking up almost a quarter of the drink and it melts and this is what I’m left with, it’s hard to recommend.Regardless, I hadn’t even taken a sip of my drink before I opened it. I waited until I pulled into work, 3 min away.

Alexis - the supervisor - would rather argue and smile and shake her head condescendingly than follow a simple request of putting a venti frap into two tall cups. She took the order and served at the window and is also the supervisor. She just kept saying "I can give you a second cup" both at the ordering point and the window. Then she said she didn't understand how to resolve the issue and was trying to save plastic. When all I asked was for the frap to be in two tall cups? I asked for this at the initial order which would have resulted in the same amount of plastic used as what she did by giving me an extra cup. Simple resolution. Simple request. Bad response.

I’ve consistently gone to this Starbucks almost every day for almost a year. And they have continued to go down hill as time goes on. One day I went and they were closed during posted operating hours. The same coffee I order is different every time I order it. The food I have gotten has not been warmed thoroughly, and they even forgot to give me one of the items I paid for. Today they did not even respond during my ordering or even read back my order to me to ensure they got everything, not ask “is that all for you?” And sure enough my order was missing items I had ordered and paid for. Disappointed time after time we will not be returning

I have never been so disappointed in an order from this specific location. I DoorDash from you at least two times a week or stop in on my way to work. I ALWAYS ask for no ice in my refresher and have never had an issue with the amount I’ve received in the cup until today. I ordered a $6.75 venti drink through DoorDash with no ice (like normal) and received a cup HALF FILLED. When I called to request a solution I was told “it’s because you ordered it with no ice. I don’t know what else to tell you.” I explained this has never happened to me in the past 2 years I’ve been living here and ordering from your location and I received the same response from the worker. No resolution was found and I’m now stuck at work with half a drink I paid almost $7 for.My bacon sandwich wasn’t even fully cooked and I had to ruin it in the microwave to cook the strips all the way through. My cake pops were melted due to being shoved in a small bag with my hot food which also caused my drink to arrive lukewarm. Terrible service. Terrible solutions. inadequate food and drinks.

I just had a weird experience here just now. I got a grande hot white mocha and forgot to ask for whip cream so I asked at the window. The man at the window took the lid off and pretended to add whip cream-- which I found out later. I drove home, a 2 minute drive and took the lid off to enjoy the whip. Not only was there no whip cream, my drink wasn't even filled close to the top! For a simple $6 drink, I would at least like it to be filled to the top. Why did he pretend to put whip cream on it? There were no cars behind me so it's not like they were in a rush. That was the weirdest part to me LOL
