Ordered online and my one drink was ready 11 min after estimated pickup time. Girl making my drink was super slow and others were not doing much. Granted, it seemed like they prioritized delivery orders.

People were being told to leave because they were closing at 7. Posted hours say 9. Please update your hours. I came in to sit in a quiet place while having a bite to eat and drink, ordered and was asked to leave.

Another update... 3 times in the past 2 weeks they use oatmilk vs almond milk. :(
Updated 8/1... hubby ordered a tall almond milk matcha green tea, received a venti chai with regular milk (charged for venti, too). Good thing I'm not allergic. Another day, another simple drink wrong. And corporate berates me for not using stand alone stores when I ask for my promo stars. Okay then.
2 years ago... Love the people, however, they've gotten my drink wrong a several times. Today, it was twice. I had to get to an appointment or I would've gone back. I know they were slammed in drive thru and store not open due to COVID19, but the 2nd time should've been easy. I trusted that when I said chai with almond milk, that was easy. So I drove away trusting. My bad! I have no idea what coffee drink they gave me. Wasn't chai! Oh, the 1st time... hubby got my drink. He's not going to taste it when he doesn't drink it! Sorry to poor Mike who also got the wrong drink since I got his.
Shoutout to the lady who served me at the drive through this morning. At the drive through window, I pulled out my wallet to pay and to my horror, the wallet fell between the seats to where I could not reach it. Not wanting to hold up the line, I frantically opened my car door to reach better and the lady instinctively held my door open so it wouldn't hit the drive through counter. I handed her back the drink and told her I'd come into the store to pay but she was so kind and told me the drink was on the house. Thanks! You made my day.

Please, wear gloves if you have a bandaid on. I got home and discovered that my drink came with a bloody bandaid on it. Really, that's disgusting! I tried calling the store but the line is busy.

My response to your reply: Your response is insulting. This right here is a testament to how terrible your customer service is. As a customer I provide you with honest feedback and you simply copy and paste the same response that you send to every customer who has left you a negative review. Nothing is worse than someone saying sorry when they don't even mean it. You take no accountability, absolutely no ownership of how you are failing to make one of the most commonly ordered drinks at your coffee shop. Not only that but the "link" you provided is not even a link and I can't copy it from the review. Have you ever even tried to follow the link you provided to get to your support team? It's not even a link! I can't even actually go to your feedback page!? Seems like you really value the feedback lmao. I have been spending $10.00 a day at Starbucks on my white mocha and cheese Danish for years. Your other locations know me personally because I'm there literally every day. My experience with your Starbucks has been so awful that I have become determined to never purchase Starbucks again. I have been able to quite caffeine altogether because every time I even think about going to another Starbucks or getting a soda I think of this terrible interaction and your terrible response to it. You have motivated me to take healthier steps in my life and stop drinking Starbucks forever. This right here is why your company is failing and burning through CEO's. You are disgusting. The only thing I'm grateful for is that you are so terrible that I actually have some motivation to make better choices in my life. I wish I could give you guys a lower score on this review. You are literally the worst. You are so terrible I'm sure you won't even read this. I'd bet you'll just post the same response that you do on every review. Do you not realize that nyone can go through your reviews and see that even the positive ones get the same canned responses. It's literally word for word. I don't know who's in charge of this but, FAIL.
This Starbucks is hands down the worst in town. I've been here multiple times over the last several years and every time without fail they make a white mocha that is absolutely terrible. The coffee tastes burnt and it does not taste like the white mocha syrup is even in the drink I ordered. Highly recommend you go to any other Starbucks over this one.

Staff was all very kind and helpful overall!
I put an order online and came to pick it up.
Drive thru has 2 cars in it and lobby was not busy.
Girl in pink hair manning ovens forgot to make my food with my drink talking with tall blonde employee in the back. I waited 10+ minuets before another employee asked what I was waiting for and hurriedly made my order since it was never made.
Not upset but would like employee to stay mindful.

I literally watched an employee use a spoon to get foam out of a cup. Then use his hands on the other drink. People are drinking that.
Great drinks, super packed parking lot that can be hard to get in and out of.
