you really need to fix your road access. Im trying to pull into the drive thru and someone is speeding coming from barnes to get there first almost hits me. then someone from the parking lot is coming at me at the same time. the simple solution is to close off barnes access and make them go around to the side road. you're starbucks, figure it out. oh but Im just a franchisee, figure it out. you have more moany than I do.
My husband and I visit this particular Starbucks daily.

Mobile orders are not on time. Drive through is backed up when you do drive through pickup. Priority is apparently given to the drive through when you pick up inside. I sat next to the mobile pickup counter for almost 10 minutes while I watched 10+ other drinks and food get made with nobody else inside the store. I was ignored and my order was more than five minutes past the latest time expected.
