Very disappointed with my visit, here just trying to get my coffee in a good mood and unfortunately the girl on drive thru taking my order, was so rude and plain disrespectful even when she tried to apologize, not sincere at all, if she is overwhelmed with drive thru traffic still no excuse for the drive up driver to get her attitude. Hopefully management can assist her and give their customers a better experience.

Always nice. Always gets my order right. Super happy the old manager is back!!!
It’s 4:35 pm on a Thursday and there is no person to help. Appears closed. No sign indicating they are closed. I would recommend going to another Starbucks because this one may be closed without notice.

Unfortunately this is a tough Mother's Day lesson in customer service. I was at this location today, transaction at the register was average to put it nicely. Moral seemed low amongst the crew, beverage wait time was long despite plenty of staff, music was way too loud, etc. As I continued waiting for my drink I noticed a nice couple approached the counter and asked an employee if it was ok to move a few chairs and a small table closer to the window as the sun was finally shining and bringing some much needed warmth and energy into the otherwise drab and mundane environment. The employee said they could move the furniture. No big deal, right? A second party with a child arrived shortly after and joined the first couple and a few additional chairs, and a heavy side table, were moved by the guests to accommodate the additional seating. Nothing out of the ordinary, happens every day at Starbucks everywhere. I didn't pay anymore attention to it, but after an hour went by, and the party had finished their coffee and were headed out the door, I was disappointed, and somewhat appalled when a Starbucks employee stopped them as they were leaving and said, "Can you move the furniture back?" Not even, "Can you move the furniture back, please?" Regardless of the lack of manners, extremely poor delivery, and overall tackiness of the question, in my personal opinion, you never want to ask a paying guest of your establishment to perform any physical labor. Not only were there plenty of able-bodied employees "working" unenthusiastically behind the counter that could have easily performed the task, the place wasn't that busy. But my real question is, what happens when the guy moving the heavy side table throws out his back and the ambulance has to be called? Who is liable for the medical expenses and the loss of work, pain and suffering, emotional damage, etc.? Full discrepancy, I'm not a lawyer. However, it's not going to look good for Starbucks in court when it comes out that the lazy employee practically demanded Grandpa and his family move the low-end furniture back after celebrating their Mother's Day brunch as a paying customer, not a paid employee.
Not a good look at all.

The hours on Google are incorrect. I came here at 7:07 pm and was informed that they closed at 7pm.

Not the best. Was more of a bother to her than anything. Just asked for a Java chip and got some weird mocha thing. Asked for extra shots didn't get any. Was waiting in line reading the headlines on the papers when she finished with the previous customer but didn't do anything to get my attention just stood there. Also didn't do anything to get my attention when the drink was finished. Thought it had been long enough and looked up and it was just chilling on the counter. Communication is key when it comes to customer service.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. They are just AMAZING ??????
